Ace High Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for many years. Efficient, expert plumber, has done everything from installing garbage disposal in kitchen to trouble-shooting and repairing air-conditioning unit. Price is right and fair, including minimal wait time when calling him to “come have a look.” Has even promptly come in for urgent service. Glad to know Dennis is around!

I called Dennis on a Saturday at 3pm after finding a failed hose spigot spraying water with 4-7" of snow and temps below 7f expected overnight. He was on another job, but went out of his way to make it out and help with the emergency.

Once he arrived it was clear he was extremely knowledgable and trust worthy. He explained he has over 20 years in the plumbing business and it showed.

He got me taken care of so that I didn't wake up with an exploded pipe and a basement full of water and then came back to finish the job once it was warm enough to remove and replace the pipe.

His communication was great and he was always there on time exactly when he said that he would be. He only uses high quality parts guaranteed for 25 years. He cut no corners and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way.

By time he was at my house fixing the problem I recieved a call from a competitor who quoted me a price to fix the same problem for twice as much!

We are having our basement finished and something went wrong with our water heater after the plumbers used by our general contractor completed the new piping for the a new bathroom. We noticed at around 8pm, we had no hot water. The contracted plumbers were unable to return until the next day, so I set about finding someone who could come out that night. I found Ace High on Google, saw the 24 hr service option and the great reviews and gave them a call. Dennis answered quickly, as luck would have it, he had just finished up a job in the area, we discussed the issue and he even helped troubleshoot over the phone. From the time I hung up with him, he was at the house in ~5 minutes and was able to fix the issue in about 20 minutes. It was AWESOME! I will certainly reach out to Dennis and team again if the need arises.

We used Dennis for a very difficult shower valve replacement, and he was so knowledgeable and determined. The job took a couple of phases, and he advised me on what was needed for parts, so I could get the best pricing and supply those to the job. Dennis' repairs were excellent and a fair price, given they took longer than the standard swap out for a valve and drain stop. Dennis always called ahead before arrival to give me an ETA and he definitely is an expert master plumber. Ace High will be my go-to plumber from now on.
