Eric was kind, courteous, and conscientious. He replaced our shutoff valve and our water heater in under three hours, explained the operation of our new fixtures, and made payment quick and easy.

We have used TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating twice now and have nothing but good things to say.

Thomas is consistenly reliable! We have a rental home in the Winter Park area and we had an emergency over the Christmas holiday. Thomas responded immediately and took care of our problem right away! He is a consistently a reliable plumber, which is extremely hard to find in our area!

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

Thomas with TCF gets 5 stars! My A/C unit blew a fuse going into a 100 degree weekend. I called him on a Thursday morning as a new customer and he had my unit fixed by evening. They were clearly having a very busy day helping people with their A/C units during the heatwave, but they made time to squeeze me in - and even went to another call after they left my house at 8:30pm! Thomas was super courteous and took the time to show me how to replace the fuse myself, next time. I have saved their contact info and will be using them for my next regular HVAC maintenance and for any urgent issues that may come up. 5 stars!

We've had a sewage smell in our kitchen and basement occasionally, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was originating. I searched Yelp to find a company with good ratings. TCF was my second plumbing company scheduled. When the first company came out, he checked things and said he needed to do a smoke test to find where it was coming from. He gave me a quote, without ever looking at any price list of $1300.00 just to run the test. Which seemed exorbitant to me. So I told them I'd let them know.

When Thomas with TCF came in, he listened to everything I had done trying to find the issue. He started checking everything, and had some suspicions where it might be coming from. But to make sure he needed to run a camera down the drain line. They looked up the cost of the test and I thought it was reasonable. When he ran the camera down the drain he found the pipe was partially collapsed and blocked. This was letting the sewer gas out under the basement floor, then seep up the wall to the kitchen.

So, the work isn't completed yet, but it is scheduled and should be finished in a day.

They were so friendly and patiently explained all the work that will be performed.

I am super pleased with everything so far.

Update: The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up very well.

We had a massive backup through all of our drains with water leaking in our crawl space. TCF was able to come within the hour and look into the issue. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix, but he scheduled us for the next business day and he was able to get it repaired. Thomas was timely, honest, and did excellent work! Will definitely use him for any of our future needs

Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

Pipe broke in my garage due to frigid temperatures. I called TCF and they responded quickly and promptly dispatched a skilled plumber who explained my options. I cannot say enough good things about Esteban Deleon. He is polite, professional and he did an excellent job. Very pleased with his work and will definitely call TCF for my future plumbing needs!

Thomas is just the definition of great service. He and his team are 1,000% truly and genuinely invested in their work and making sure that we are taken care of properly.

Immutable and ongoing recommendation for TCF.

Needed a tub spout replaced. We were able to schedule right away. Eric was able to be out the very next day and got the old tub spout off and new install in a very short period of time. Arrived when he said he would, very friendly and knowledgeable. Also offered a 10% discount to teachers! Would highly recommend this company!

These guys are truly awesome. Eric is incredibly skilled (he's a master plumber). And he's one of the kindest human beings I've ever met. He played with my dogs while he was in my house. Who does that?! He and the company's owner, Thomas (also a master plumber) gave me a discount for being a new customer. How cool is that?! And they did not put any pressure on me to go with the most expensive option. Instead, they presented the pros and cons of each approach. After I told them what I wanted, Eric fixed the leak from the pipe attached to my fridge. And he came when he said he would and was on time. Because he needed a longer pipe, he went back to his office to get it and then returned (without charging me extra). He did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, the washer at the end of the pipe attached to the fridge ended up becoming a little loose (despite Eric's excellent work), which caused a leak and damage to a small part of my hardwood floor. Eric came back out and immediately took responsibility for the issue. After fixing it, he called Thomas and they agreed to pay for any and all repairs. No arguments; no games. That type of honesty is rare today and must be rewarded. These guys are first class. What a pleasant experience. I'm so glad I chose them. I can't say enough great things about them. They are rock stars!

I initially contacted TCF for a plumbing emergency (sewage blockage and backup), and Thomas picked up the call personally and drove from Silverthorne to Conifer to help me out within hours. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and professional that I have used his company ever since. He completed some updating repairs on spigots and my boiler before I sold my house in October. And this week he helped me with my furnace at my new home in Arvada. TCF is the most responsive, professional, and available plumbing and heating company with whom I have ever worked and their prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Very honest and friendly. Put my mind to rest and fixed multiple issues. Highly professional and knowledgeable. So nice to find service people you can trust. Thomas is the best. I will definitely be calling them in the future. You won't be sorry calling TCF.

Update 11/29:

I had a second visit for some more plumbing updates/fixes from Thomas. This time he brought Eric with him. He is as courteous and sweet as Thomas. They did a great job like the first time. I will be using them in the New Year for more work.

I can’t recommend Thomas and his team enough. We have an old home with original plumbing that started to fail. Thomas and his team were there for us throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and what it would entail. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience with something that is not fun to go through.

Thomas is thorough, responsive, timely, and provides quality work. I highly recommend him and his team.

Had a great experience with Thomas and Kevin with TCF Plumbing! Will definitely be calling them again for anything else we need. Punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had to come back twice to fix some things and were super flexible/easy to work with.

Thomas put a whole house steam humidifier in our home and it looks great! He takes the time to explain everything as well! We signed up for the maintenance package as well and so happy to find an honest reliable company! I also want to Thank Thomas for going to my daughter's house the same day and providing service. Great company!

I have used TCF multiple times for plumbing and HVAC since moving here 4 years ago and every experience has been first rate. Timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable price. Completes the work quickly and cleans up nicely. Thomas is a pleasure to work with and definitely honest. Shows up when he says he is going to show up. The home inspector told me my exterior faucets needed replacing as they were not winter safe. Thomas told me they didn't need replacing and explained why not. I haven't had a problem with them. Since then he has done all kinds of major and minor work for me including new HVAC, water softener, water heater and automatic water shutoff. Even if their price isn't the cheapest, the work is always done well and their prices are better that some of the big companies around here. I would definitely use TCF again myself and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
