Thank you Bell and your tech Vuk Slavkovic! Came out to help with a heating issue on time with excellent communication on his arrival. We had issues from the moth season and now we have a plan to be proactive. Can't thank you all enough to know that I will always receive honest work and services without ANY unnecessary services and charges tacked on just because I called for an appointment.

Excellent service as always. Fast and efficient. Even came by hours earlier than scheduled. The work was clean and tidy. A great experience. I've never been disappointed with Bell. Neither will you.

Trey was very diligent and professional as he repaired the subpanel at the corner of our deck. He was very neat and careful around all the landscaped garden plantings. A picture says it all and we were very pleased with his work and work ethic. I also would like to thank Lydia who scheduled the work and who was very responsive and considerate to call and let us know who would be arriving and when.

Levi was the first to arrive—he was polite, friendly, and clearly explained the next steps.

Dylan came out next and confirmed what Levi had said. He provided more detail about the process, scheduled us for service first thing the next morning, and arrived promptly. He was efficient and left the space clean.

Our third technician, Vuk, handled a quick HVAC repair. He explained why the fix was needed and helped us understand the difference between an older install and what was necessary for our current AC system. He also scheduled us for first thing Saturday morning, arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and left everything tidy.

Across the board, every technician we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of service and customer care was excellent.

Jim was absolutely fantastic through the whole process from beginning to end of the purchase of 4 amazing Toto toilets. Bell plumbing is an amazing company that was extremely responsive and attentive. Thank you so much for all the hard work and amazing installation.

Nick was on time and did a great job. He replaced the hot water pipe at the top of the hot water heater to stop the slow leaking of water. Everything appears to be working fine. Nick said to keep an eye on the hot water heater. Hot water heater is approximately 10 years old. Nick said that the repair probably added about a couple of years of life to the hot water heater. Nick did not try to hard sell me on a new hot water heater, that he tried to fix the leak first, which he did, but he also gave me some useful information on what the cost for a new hot water heater would be if I needed to go that route. Great job and great service by Nick. Thank you.

Service came out quick and walked through every option available to replace our PRV. Gave realistic options and never tried to oversell me on anything. Nate was super helpful, nice, and efficient. Always appreciate the work Bell does.

Levi came to troubleshoot water backing up in basement utility sink & also drum of washer. Main sewer line determined to be clear. This was my initial concern. I thought to open drain at lower front of LE washer, & water came gushing out. Filter was clear & I do drain a little, periodically. Levi then tested drainage flow which was then good. He was very calm & patient as he went through his checklist. Appreciated having his help. Bell is always so prompt & thorough! Thanks!

I found Bell Plumbing through the Better Business Bureau and was very happy with their service. Tomas Magallan arrived at the expected time, was courteous and professional. He completed the installation in a timely manner, and I was very happy with his work.

Trey and Nick are super electricians Prompt , professional and hard working . They had a complicated installation but problem solved and figured out a solution. Left my house clean and so nice to work withO Will always ask for these guys

Joe DeFelice from Bell Plumbing was great. He showed up on time, explained the cost of my repairs clearly and then proceeded to do an excellent job on the work. He came up with solutions to not cutting extra holes in my wall and my ceiling, which will save money in the long run. Overall I give him 5 stars for being friendly, knowledgeable and having fair pricing.

Another positive experience with Bell and customer service. They were absolutely wonderful and the techs are typically knowledgeable and helpful as well. CSR helped me through an issue and gave me more than I asked for!

I have the yearly contract so I always call when they can do the work. I highly recommend them. I’ve used them for at least three years and never had a negative experience.

Dante and his team did a great job installing out water heater in a timely fashion . It was also nice to see the foreman Kyle stop by to make sure everything was installed properly.

Bell was hired a little over a year ago when we had a problem with our boiler for the hot water and radiant floors. The tech didn't know what he was doing and within a day, we were throwing over $1000 of parts at a 7-year-old boiler. I called a neighbor who's a GC and has his guy come out. The drain was clogged and he showed me how this is the first troubleshooting step in the manual. I kept my return visit with Bell and had their manager come out with the tech to show him it was fixed and how. They credited me all the labor back, but not the parts. 1-1.5 years later I am still get solicitation calls from Bell for service. Calling them to get yourself removed from their calling list leads to a queue to talk to a virtual assistant. There is so much wrong here with the Bell experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My installer was exceptional! Very polite, very professional and performed the installation in less than two hours. He was very considerate of my property and made sure nothing was damaged (walls and stairs) when he removed the old heater and brought in the new one. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE! I will be using you guys again in the future! 👍👍

I am somewhat disappointed in the charges that we had to pay. I was quoted $99 dollars when I called for the service but was charged over $200. That amount should have been made clear to me at that time. I chose. Bell company based on the figure I was quoted. The charge seemed to.be excessive for the ten minutes of work that wa performed.

Dante & Emma came over to repair a broken gas supply line from house to gas meter. They were both very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job. I highly recommend Bell Plumbing.

We have been very pleased with the services performed by Bell Plumbing technicians. They repiped our boiler, installed a shower and, this time, installed our sink after new countertops were installed. We have especially appreciated Dylan Secrest, as he has been the technician several times.

The whole process was super smooth and easy. From the initial call to the time the repairs were done was three maybe four hours. Tomas, the plumber who came to assist me, was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. I would only use Bell Plumbing in the future.
