Highly recommend. We used TKO for HVAC and electrical repair. Ty and Eli were friendly, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They solved our problem immediately.

Great job by Ty at TKO. He was able to fix very quickly a ceiling light that had been flickering for years, and also quickly handled a couple of other jobs—very impressive service!

Ty did an AHHH-MAZING job installing lighting into my basement for my new office! Such great quality, and such a nice guy to work with! The lights look fabulous and are exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

I haven't used TKO for service, but I'm disappointed that they don't respect
Willow Creek's neighborhood rules and they part their work trucks on the main street that goes through the neighborhood where everyone can see the trucks. They are violating HOA and City of Centennial rules, but it is difficult to enforce, since they aren't consistent with when they park. The sheriff office says that, it is up to us to prove that they are parking there in violation of the rules. I know that I won't use them for any service, since if they are willing to break the rules and park their work trucks in the middle of the neighborhood. It is unsightly and wrong of them, so how can I trust them to do high quality work if I needed their services. They should respect our neighborhood and regulations.

Was able to come fix our air conditioner in less than 24 hours. Very informative, nice and efficient. Also gave us helpful maintenance tips to save us money! Highly recommend!!

Ty added additional outlets in our garage and did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. Quality of the work was excellent. Will use calling them next time we need work done!

My AC broke in the middle of July. I called at 8am and the tech was at my house before noon! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the motor, including leaving for parts, in less than 3 hours. Thank you for saving my summer!

We were excited to use this company because it’s in our neighborhood. We made an appt & waited. Got a call due to Covid & they had to reschedule. No biggie, so we rescheduled. Get a 2nd call that the guy didn’t get back from his trip in time, so they had to reschedule for a 3rd time. We were told someone would arrive between 1-3 pm. At 5 pm, no one was here, no one called. He arrived 2 hours late with zero notification & at that point, we had put everything back & were making dinner, so we sent him on his way. We called, left a message for the company to inform them of what happened & they didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back. That’s NOT the customer service I’d expect after being drug along through 3 different scheduled appointments that they messed up. Clearly, we won’t be using them. We prefer to give our business to a company that wants it. So disappointed.

During the height of the pandemic we blew several circuits one evening. Despite the challenges all businesses are facing during this crisis, TKO was super fast to respond, and had a electrician out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and made all necessary repairs. I highly recommend TKO Electrical.

TKO replaced my main service panel and helped me with some random small electrical issues. Both times they were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Great job.

The electrician who came to my home didn't know what he was supposed to do. He said he was told just to come to my address. Luckily, i had already texted the needed work with necessary parts to your office. Your office provided the cost earlier that day. If I hadn't done that, I don't know what the cost would've been. I'd suggest having your workers be informed of the purpose of the visit.

Ty (apologies if I bungled that, my hearing isn't great) did a great job for us, identifying our issue with our breaker box quickly and getting us back in working order in no time. Between getting me in same day, professional services, and reasonable costs, I don't see a reason not to make them the first call I make next time.

Ty installed an attic fan in my townhouse. Ty is timely, efficient, neat, professional, friendly, courteous and knows his stuff. His prices were also more than fair for the time he put in. I highly recommend him. I will use him again and again. Since all but one of Ty's reviews are 5-star, I think Ross Gentry (the 1-star reviewer) needs to explain his 1-star disapproval instead of leaving it with no explanation.

this company had an employee working in NC wreck into my car. They then gave a invalid insurance number for coverage When i reached out to see what could be done with the situation i was drug around for over a month. I was told they would handle the situation and asked me to go get estimates from 2 places, which i did on my days off only to be told they would no longer help me. Now my number has been blocked and I'm now stuck with $3500 worth of damage and no help. I hope they do better with insurance for home repairs.

You really can’t get better than these folks. Don’t waste your time elsewhere. TKO will come, give you a fair estimate, and deliver every time. We moved into an old house that needed a variety of repairs. They gave us great (money-saving) advice and just gave us top notch service. I will never call another company. They’ve become our true one stop shop.

We have used Ty and TKO twice now. Ty has been very responsive, fixing our electrical problems within 24 hours of us calling him. One of those times was on a Saturday with no additional weekend charges. His prices are fair and reasonable. I will be recommending him for my friends and neighbors electrical needs.
