I would highly recommend TKO Electrical if you need an electrician. I called Ty for a problem I was having and he was at my house within 45 minutes! He troubleshooted the problem quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee. He is professional, knowledgeable and a nice, friendly guy. If I need an electrician in the future, I will definitely be calling him!

Ty was awesome!! He and his team came the same day to look at my broken air conditioner despite record setting 105 degree temperatures (June 28, 2018) and air conditioners breaking all over the place. He didn’t change a premium. He was absolutely a joy to work with and his prices were much better than I expected. Ty and the team are highly recommended!!

This company was wonderful to work with. The team was most professional and diligent while addressing the completion of their quality service. They were also most polite and respectful in how they approached all requests. We will definitely be using them in the future!

When I made the appointment, a two-hour time window two days later was provided. The TKO electrician showed up right on schedule near the start of the time window. When I explained the symptoms that I was experiencing with one of the circuits, the technician suspected a bad connection inside the main panel. Sure enough, within a minute after opening the panel he found the problem and was able to repair it quickly and get the circuit functioning properly.

We had our electrical panel replaced in July. I emailed asking if it needed to be inspected by the city. No response. I finally got ahold of someone 4 months later and was told an electical panel replacement didn’t need an inspection. In the meantime I had already found out from the city that it is required. If I were to have a fire and it was the cause of it and there was no inspection my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Very disappointed in the fact that TKO was not honest with me when I asked. The tech had to come out a few times to fix things before it passed inspection. 5 months after the install it finally passed inspection.

Ty is a fantastic electrician and a pleasure to deal with. He came highly recommended by many people in our neighborhood. He helped us modernize/update the electrical system and lighting throughout our 1970's house. He is very responsive to what you would like to do, did a nice job with lighting design, was very personable. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We've had Ty and Eli have been out four times to help us hook up equipment in our warehouse. Always professional and on time. We recommend TKO for their quality work at a fair price. 5 Stars!

TKO no-showed on us twice and only offered to to squeeze us in one more time after we left a negative review on here. After the visit, they quoted us over $600 for work needed "to get up to code" so we brought in a second electrician in who confirmed it was already up-to-code and only charged us for an inspection. If the owner spent less time on here responding to every review, less time trying to upcharge customers, and more time improving the business, I wouldn't have to be here writing this.

I called TKO to get some new pendant lights installed. Their electrician Andre who came out was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He got the work done quickly and cleaned up really good after! Will always use TKO for my Electrical needs!

I waited a long time to write this review, hoping the company would respond to my concerns and offer a resolution, because they initially did a great job. In addition to other work, they installed a split unit in our sun room but it was not the right size to adequately heat or cool the room. It was a complete waste of money, and we had gone off their recommendation and expertise. They sent technicians out to confirm the unit they installed was too small for the space, but then they completely stopped responding to me. I was looking for a solution for the room so we can use it year-round and some sort of compromise/credit to replace with a new unit. I would have been happy with ANY response to acknowledge the mistake and to let me know the options and cost. We invested a lot of money into a unit that doesn’t work. I was very disappointed with my experience and won’t use them again. A response would still be appreciated.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bad service by TKO electric in diagnosing the issue with AC unit. Also, they switched the size and make of the unit from what was written in the proposal. They did not mention this to the homeowner and did not credit the correct amount for the price difference. They did poor job, and after complaining many times they came and fixed the issues. Took more than 7 days to fix the condenser and evaporator coil. Be very careful doing business with them. Actual issue was with the controller board. TKO did not diagnose that problem to start with. They replaced the AC units and the unit still did not work. Finally they decided to change the control board and the unit started working. They charged me for the board and installation. Original proposal was for Rheem 4.0 ton unit and they installed cheaper Goodman 3.5 ton unit without discussing with me. Gave me $84.00 credit when the actual market value shows $288 price difference.
- Billing issue- Changed units after I signed the proposal without telling me. Returned 1/3 the market value price difference.
-Did not diagnose the problem correctly. Charged me for extra work they had not diagnosed.
-Multiple issues with the work they perfumed. Painful experience to call them back and get things fixed. Took longer time and multiple visits. Eventually they fixed the installation issues.

We’ve used TKO Electrical for years and have never been disappointed. They are fast, responsive, fairly priced and always thoroughly explain the job. On this occasion JR ran a new circuit and outlet for our infa red sauna. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and his work was outstanding! Highly recommend!

We hired TKO to install our new A/C and furnace. They sent an installer who had no idea what they were doing and it took two months to actually get the A/C working. They still haven't finished the job and it's a year later. They are not very responsive to our calls and point us to someone to get it fixed who doesn't even work at the company anymore. Do not recommend.

I must start by saying this is my first google post, however due to the awesome professional and ethical demeanor of the owner of the company , I knew it was imperative and my obligation to write this review. I witnessed the passion the owner displayed when working on an major wiring and lightbulb installation; he was concerned throughout the process for his client, he knew his craft was 100% but he needed to know the client was pleased as well and more importantly, he did not inconvenience their production movement… I knew then this company would be the first I would call for all my electrical needs. Compassion, competence and concern for the work ethics before the pay, is more than priceless! It’s humbling and rare. I encourage anyone looking for reliable competent service with respect, then it’s mandatory to call TKO Electricals! You deserve it!

We had a great experience with Ty from TKO Electrical. We wanted to add some additional lighting to a dark powder bath. He came out the same day I called him to give us an estimate and was able to complete the project the very next day! He did a great job, was quick and courteous, and was reasonably priced. We are very happy with the final project and will definitely use TKO for all our future electrical needs.

TKO Electrical is a WONDERFUL company to work with. They are responsive, professional, high quality, and responsive. They always get our work done SUPER quick, most times even same day which we appreciate. (some things just cant wait) They are easy to get a hold of, great to communicate with, can do bids really quickly and get the work done. We will never use anyone else. They are a family owned (husband and wife) business which we also appreciate and support. We've shopped their bids and they offer market fair pricing and we know exactly who and what we are going to get when we hire them. I will never work with another company. TKO is the BEST!

I had TKO come out to install an electric charger for my new car along with some exterior lighting. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our technician was ontime, professional and did great work! I highly recommend TKO for all your electrical needs!

I had TKO install a bathroom fan and it was generally a good experience and the fan looks great, but they left a big hole in the drywall on the ceiling and punched through a different wall with a flexible bit. I can fix it myself I guess but I was surprised and disappointed that they did not offer to fix it. It sounded like the two guys were not necessarily super experienced. Both said they were doing parts of this installation for the first time (duct work and something with the exterior vent). I like the fan and the switch they installed, but I am bummed I still have drywall to fix and clean up. Probably would not work with these guys again.

Edit: TKO did call me back after seeing my review and offered to fix the wall damage, but I had already started fixing it so I did not take them up on the offer.

Pretty hard to trust someone with hefty repairs of your home when they can't even read a simple diagram that comes with vehicle registration instructing you on where to place the tag stickers. Also unfortunate that whoever drives this van doesn't understand how a highway works (keep right, pass left) and was camped out in the left lane for 12 miles (he just HAD to get all the way over to the left lane as soon as he got on the highway, even though he wasn't passing anyone!) And then proceed to cut off 2 lanes of traffic with no turn signal because he needed to exit. I wouldn't trust these people to even so much as hang a calendar, let alone touch the electrical fixtures in my home.

I’m honestly surprised to see a review like Ashleys, TKO Electrical are a highly professional company.
What’s even more surprising is that this review seems to be based entirely on a driving interaction on the highway and not on any service the company actually provided. Leaving a negative review about a business because of something unrelated to their work is unfair and misleading to people who are trying to find a reliable electrical contractor.

TKO built their reputation through the quality of their work, not through someone’s interpretation of a moment on the road. Reviews should reflect actual customer experiences with the services provided, not unrelated personal frustrations. That in mind, They Are an amazing family owned company, True to their word and very affordable .
