I had Britestreet install rooftop panels and a backup battery system. They were on top of the whole process. Professional and prompt with communication. They were also good about getting the system through the permitting process for power and city inspectors.

Above and beyond in every way. What a treat to work with BriteStreet Solar. We had a repair we'd inherited from a previous owner, BriteStreet was able to move in and complete the removal and re-installation of solar within days of contact. Knowledgeable and friendly crew completed work with impressive speed.
The part that really stands out is that when we still struggled to get our primary Solar provider to complete their end of the job, Chris at BriteStreet had our backs and helped us push through to the right people to get it done! Even after their end of the repair and their payment, they stuck with us and kept the ball moving. Amazing! In my time of home ownership, BriteStreet surely stands out as THE example of what good business looks like.

They have staff working on electrical that is NOT LICENSED.. very scary..that is scary for the employees and buisness/home owners...not on kik wing of it's done right.. could cause a fire. Bad rep.and lyers

We have been using Brite Street for all our solar panel services. They always reply promptly. Get quotes in lightning speed. Their company stands out from the rest. Highly credentialed. Wish all companies were like them.

We had trouble with the system they installed in the house we bought. First they said they weren't sure what the code the system was showing was and said they would call us back. A week later we called them. They said they couldn't honor the warantee that was on the system in our house as we were not the "original owners" of it. ( we bought the house after the solar was installed). They did say they would try and get a hold of the manufacturer, and get back to us because they did not know what the code that was being displayed was. I then emailed Benger the online documentation that I found about the type of system that was installed. He said he would call back within the day or the next day, however, he never called back . My husband called a week later and spoke to a woman who said she would get with Benger and informed my husband that they would try and get a hold of the manufacturer but that if they sent a tech out it would cost us $85.00 an hour. Then they ghosted us again! My husband called the manufacturer directly, and within 2 days we had our new unit. Bottom line, unless you are spending money at this company they will Ghost you. Don't believe their warantee hype, our system was only installed in 2014.

Britestreet installed our system purchased from Bee Avenue Energy. The process was seamless and the system was installed professionally and looks great. The crew was polite and hard working. Nothing but good thing to say.
