Not good. Bad contractor

Joe Martinez Sr. Has been more than helpful here at The Lofts At Lincoln Station. He has assisted us in many areas, anything from a light bulb to the roof, Joe has been knowledgeable and very quick to come up with a solution for any problem. He has great communication skills and is a great individual to work with. Joe has been very great. I want to thank you for having Joe here at the Lincoln Lofts. He has been very helpful to our staff. Performed a fire alarm retro fit on a church for Colarelli. Completed project but Colarelli refuses to pay for the work. Will not respond to emails. Absolutely worst GC to perform work for.

Incredibly impressive portfolio with a plethora project areas. Would be a wonderful company to work for! They're designs are unique, creative, impressive, with functionality and beauty always in mind. Take a look at their custom home plans. If you don't fall in love with one of the plans there's something wrong with you!

The quality of finish is unmatched. Was looking for a unique look with suberb workmanship and customer service and found all of this with Landmark. The owner is very talented and has an eye for detail and strives to acheive perfection in all of his work. Highly recommend Landmark.

this the company hired to rob me , el pso county sheiffs on a feb 18- 2024 at 7am came to D.O.T proprety and robbed me of my camper and high end bikes and tools , and presonal property. saying that i was on a diffrent property then i was and now i am pressing chargers for felony theft and burglury these poeple need to be stopped and criminal charges pessed on them. there is a sign clear as day where i was.

We had the privilege of working with Bradley and Innovative Construction over the past month. As a subcontractor, the GC is our primary resource and Innovative Construction provided everything my team needed to succeed. The process was organized and seamless. Innovative Construction is truly innovative! The owner, Brad Fallentine, is a very knowledgeable and creative contractor. He works hard to take a vision and turn it into a reality. I love the high quality materials he incorporates into his projects and the excellent carpentry performed. I highly recommend them to anyone considering building their dream home.

Buck is fantastic. One heck of a guy!

I was thrilled to find James Company Enterprises because they are licensed professionals! I have an end unit condo. I was not enjoying my living space due to my neighbor smoking marijuana and cigarettes. I was getting really bad headaches and was miserable. JCE came in and installed drywall in my attic, and sealant where smoke was getting through. I also had a shared dryer vent. JCE also installed a separate dryer vent. I'm separated from the unit next to me and couldn't be happier! They explained everything and truly cared about my best interests. I would definitely recommend and rehire in the future!

Buck was awesome to work with. I had a previous contractor that messed stuff up and Buck was very patient with me being concerned. Work was done in timley fashion and very good quality. I have several more projects, will def be using them again
