This company was responsible for doing the C2 improvements for the City of Colorado Springs on my business's street. When they started, the foreman assured me that they would be respectful and support my business. While that happened at first, they quickly overstayed their welcome. They dug up part of our sidewalk and driveway and it took almost a week before they started rebuilding it. The excuse I got was because the workmen weren't supposed to dig yet. Their workers left trash up and down the street regularly and in our parking lot, where they often took breaks without our permission. And now there's a trailer parked in front of my building that they left there without our permission. If CMS comes to your neighborhood to do these improvements, pack you patience because you'll need it.

Horrible employees!

The GC that drives a black Raptor building the Capitol Grille up here in Park Meadows is a terrible
human. I don’t know if he’s owns the company but The Capitol Grille owners would be shocked at how poorly he treats people. He is on a complete power trip about the empty parking lot, and screaming and yelling at people.

As one of the highest end food establishments around, I would expect them to have much more hospitable people connected to their name.

They hit gas lines all the time.

Bad service and nobody answer phone calls when I try to reach any agent,I have to wait a month for a service and I just get text messages

They installed my internet line and were great, efficient and competent no problems!

These numbskulls cut a Century Link cable in our neighbourhood while doing other work. Our street has been out of service for several days.

These guys cut our internet connection when attempting to bury a line. Instead of fixing it and doing the job right we will be without internet for 16+ hours. As someone who works from home this is completely unacceptable.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful contractor. While digging up my yard to lay fiber cable, they buried my existing edging and plants with dirt and granite landscaping rocks on top of it and left. When asked to fix the mess they walked down to the area and walked away. They also mixed dirt in my granite rock landscaping.

Poor execution from this company. They came out twice, took the cable the first time and connected the old Xfinity cable. The second time, decided to move the cable and run it straight through my neighbor's yard - this was after the company came out and looked at where it was supposed to be dug. Also, when I am talking to them on the phone, they needed to get reappoval to dig it again since they already did it. Not even trying to get it right and make sure the customer is taken care. They also lied and said it was dug on 16 Oct, it was done on 13 Oct as my son saw them doing it. They didn't have 811 do their job so they possibly cut lines in my neighbor's yard. they are in no big hurry to get this fixed. xFinity should not be using this company

The owner was nice when I talked to him. One of his employees was working on a huge deal with CenturyLink, and he almost hit my kid in a crosswalk, which had a stoplight. Then, when I confronted them, one got out and got in my face and put his hands on me. I hope that this gentleman does not represent the work that they are doing all over the neighborhoods and by schools.

Castro Construction just finished burying my Comcast cable line. On time and excellent job. Fidel and his assistant (woman, didn't catch her name) worked well together to trench, lay new coax (in a separate conduit-nice) and reconnect at the distribution box and my house entry. Professional work, had all the needed tools/parts to complete job, including mending two sprinkler system cuts (expected since not marked). Good cleanup after the job was finished.

Xfinity subcontracted to these guys to replace a buried line. They show up and leave because they didn’t bring the machine to dig under the driveway (this was on the ticket as a requirement from xfinity). Show up a week later and dig a hole under the driveway and leave. Then I get a message from them that the crew had an emergency and they won’t be there until 4pm. No idea how this company stays in business

Unreliable liers! Never comes when they say.
They were contracted by Xfinity to come burry our cable wire and they have told us they are coming coming 3-4 times now. Once they were supposed to come first thing in the morning with a supervisor and they failed to show. Worst company ever. Could not rate the work as they never attempted to do it.

Sunday the 11th of October I arrived home and saw 2 of your employees in my backyard via the neighbor's Xfinity service. They did not have permission to access my backyard. What is the procedure in this? I've attempted to contact you 3 times on your cell from the business card that the gentleman left me and tried to call your secretaries but they were of no help. If I don't get a response I will take this higher up and will speak to someone about trespassing. I understand the box is city property in my backyard but they still need permission. Answer your calls and emails!! **1 MONTH PASSED AND STILL NO RESPONSE...FYI**

This company tore a ditch through our yard and cut our irrigation system trying to install a Comcast cable, without our permission or knowledge!
They tried to repair the irrigation damage and accidentally connected our irrigation system to our neighbors system? We had to have a professional irrigation technician fix the problem.
They also tried to repair the ditch they cut through our yard with a bag of dirt and a bag of seed. We still have a big ditch through our yard!
They just don’t care about the quality of their work or the ramifications to their customers.

They were burying a line at my next doors neighbors house on January 9 2024, when they decided to use their machinery on my driveway. They ended up chipping my driveway. We went to their office on several occasions seeking a solution for them to pay for the damage. We have gotten nothing but the run around. Was told that they would send a check in the mail, they are scammers and liars. Will be suing for the damages. I think this company is an absolute disgrace for dodging calls and a payment they OWE.
