We talked to several contractors before deciding on Alpine. It was their idea to add a bar to our extra space we had and we were sold! We moved our kitchen to the living room area so it was a big move and a lot of details. We weren’t entirely sure what we wanted and Michael and Eddie spent so much time with us figuring it out. This was definitely not something they had to do and I don’t know any other contractor that would do that! They helped us design everything and the end result was my dream kitchen/bar.

Every contractor that Alpine works with was amazing. We particularly appreciated Heather at Arlun who helped us with so many design questions! She helped us pick backsplash, carpet, and floors, but then also went out of her way to help me pick door/trim colors. Everyone who came into our house was communicative and respectful. I think this makes a big difference because we’ve worked with people in the past who have great salesman and their subcontractor teams are terrible. The whole team matters and Alpine has great people they are working with.

Eddie was our project manager and he was amazing to work with. He always got right back to us and if there was an issue, he’d always take the time to come talk to us. There was always communication when someone was coming to our house. There are so many little things that have to get done at the end of the project and Eddie made sure every single thing was how we wanted it.

Lastly, I appreciated their price transparency. We had a contract that listed every single thing and whenever we wanted to change or add something, the price increase/decrease was communicated. I fully expected to be surprised by something on our final bill and was honestly shocked there was not a single discrepancy or thing we were not aware of. I would recommend Alpine to anyone thinking of doing a home remodel. We will be using them again in the future!

We have partnered with Alpine Contracting on several projects and we LOVE working with the entire team! Their communication is great, they are extremely knowledgable and honest and complete each job with great attention to detail! I highly recommend this company!!

We had a great experience with Alpine Contracting when they redid our kitchen. We love our new kitchen! It feels even more like home and is so spacious!

I love how Hunter worked so hard to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. And how if there was an issue, then he made sure it got fixed as quickly as possible. Any concerns we had were addressed with respect and the utmost patience and and I was always treated as though everything I said or was concerned about mattered and was worth attention.
We're very happy with Alpine and thankful that Hunter has such an honorable work ethic.

Order a refrigerator to be delivered. At date of delivery, truck showed up at my house. Stopped for a minute and then drove off without delivering the refrigerator. I was then notified that HD had attempted delivery, but we're unsuccessful. I guess their idea of an attempt is to look at the delivery address. They have now rescheduled for 2 days later. I hope next time they get out of their truck. HD should discontinue using this delivery company, or expect to reduce the cost on their delivery orders.

Staff can be hit or miss. If it isn't in their section they will say I don't know. Go ask so and so in isle whatever.

Closed their doors 30 minutes before the posted time. Phone number is less than helpful

Awful service, rude manager-disorganized store. I made the mistake of ordering my quartz counter here. Total disaster. Waited three extra weeks beyond promised install. Quartz I ordered was then out of stock with no delivery date to be had. Ladies in kitchen & bath NEVER answer their phones!!! Always chatting amongst themselves while phones ring-I have had to go in personally each time to reach them and have witnessed this so I know why the phones aren't picked up. Now I am stuck with a different stone than I ordered as well as the wrong cut for my sink-NIGHTMARE!!! Avoid this store!!!

Person selling furnaces either needs to be retrained or reassigned. I shouldn't have to tell her 3 times that we're not interested before she walks away in a huff without so much as a "thank you" or "have a nice day". If she harasses me one more time, I will literally drop my purchases and drive across town to Lowes.

Chrissy seemed really tired today. Unlocking stuff must not be her usual assignment. The young lady checking me out was quite cheerful though, and other staff was quick to offer help.

Ed was a huge help during our design stage.

Great company with awesome customer service. They were always there when we had any questions.

They provided a great product at the most competitive price. Ed has always been responsive.

We had a great experience from the minute we entered the showroom until the work was completed. The issues we had later were promptly dealt with.

Excellent folks, extremely helpful in offering options for us as we tried to figure out what we wanted for our new kitchen and dining room areas. Final product will be awesome!

Ed is a genius. He is the best designer in town and carries kitchen lines for all budgets so you are not forced to spend more than you want.

This company does a great job. High level of service and well organized. I plan on using them in the future.

Terrible experience. Ed demanded to be paid-in-full in advance. Once paid, very little communication or advice followed. He said that his only job was to "order parts". Wrong and missing parts were ordered repeatedly. A job that should have taken weeks took months. When asked why he would not come to my home to view my project, he replied, "When the time was right". After receiving payment, I never saw Ed again. The issues, mistakes and lack of customer service is too long to list.

as a sub -contractor ,you always hope to create a working partnership. this owner watches for him only, Out of 6 jobs back to back, not 1 order was complete,every job had return trip due to poor management and ordering.Every customer by the end of first week were wondering why myself or who ever the installer is are the only one they here from once contract is signed. If an installer wants to do his jobs you will be the only customer service. 1 star because he"s still open. For info., I stopped doing work for him.
