We were on an impossible timeline, we were very picky owners, and we had many changes from our original plan and Hammers came through on time and with a a beautiful project. Their staff is experienced, friendly, and treats you as if you are part of the family. I feel that our companies will share a long lasting relationship.

We have received many compliments on our remodel. As a smaller project, we didn't have a dedicated project foreman so we were very involved in the details and scheduling throughout and it did take a bit longer than anticipated, but Joe did a great job of being responsive to issues and helping to get contractors in/out as needed. The Hammers staff is very professional and showed a sincere interest in our vision. We are very pleased with the final product!

I have hired Hammers Construction for a couple different projects in the last few years. I have found each person at the company to be professional, competent and easy to work with (I have worked most closely with Tyler P. and Randy M. and they are both top notch). These folks care about the finished product and do everything they can to ensure a quality project all while taking care of the customer in the process. I'll continue doing business with them.

A few months back our office here in Colorado Springs had an Urgent build out that needed to be completed short notice. Within a day Jason had his team out there to quote the project and before we knew it the job was started. I was blown away to see how quick and efficiently his crew worked. Throughout life I’m always reminded of the triangle of production, it’s Quality, Price, and Time. You only get to pick two of the three. I think Hammers figured out how to break that mold because we received great quality work, a great competitive price, and they met our mandatory date in which the job had to be completed.

Hammers took great care of us. We were looking for a new building for our business, and happened upon a spec building they had started. They accommodated many changes to the original spec plan, and completed the work on a short time line for us. Any issues that arose during construction were handled with a quick response. Construction projects are never easy, but Hammers made the process relatively painless. I recommend them to anyone looking to build a new commercial project.

Hammer's Construction, specifically Joe Butler, completed a renovation of our new doggy daycare, boarding, and training facility in Colorado Springs. They did an excellent job and communication with Joe, has always been timely and professional. We feel we received a very high level of care and our new facility is beautiful with high quality finishings. Our project has ended, but Joe continues to be a point of contact for any questions or repairs that we need. We highly recommend Joe and Hammer's Construction.

Steve Hammers and his crew are simply the best! In my entire career as a CEO I contracted for about 80 commercial construction projects. Hammers Construction is the best construction company we ever had. Recently, they completed an addition to a shopping center for us that another contractor had screwed up. We were in panic mode when I called Hammers. The project was behind schedule and plagued with problems. They fast tracked the entire project and their pricing was less than I expected. Just after they got started we had 7 weeks of impossible weather. Hammers worked nights and weekends to make up the time and did not charge us anything extra. Their project manager, Joe Butler, did an amazing job and went way beyond in solving a variety of problems with our tenants. It was a pleasure doing business with real professionals. Hammers Construction did an awesome job at our facility, fully renovating (8) commercial restrooms. The project manager on our job, Jason Latham, did a great job communicating and coordinating with us throughout the project, as did the superintendent, Kris Kovalik.The project went very smoothly, and were are thrilled with the final product. I recently contracted Hammers Construction for our new office building on Woodmen Rd. This is the second building they have built for me. Hammers Construction built our Veterinary Center. We were completely new to the construction process and in over our heads in the beginning. Hammers took care of everything for us including platting process of our lot, permitting, etc. allowing us to focus our time on starting our business. We regret working with an outside company's Architect to design the basic layout of our facility because it was much easier to have weekly meetings with Joe on the design. Throughout construction, as difficulties and unforeseen issues arose, Hammers was able to be proactive in creating solutions. Hammer's subcontractor's did a great job as well. We were very nervous about receiving our certificate of occupancy before our open house, but in the end Hammers got it done. Overall, the quality of their work is excellent and whenever something was not done to their standards, our superintendent personally took care of it himself. We feel that we received an tremendous value for the budget that we had.

Hammers Construction has built 2 buildings for me. Both have the quality that I expect but is often hard to find. Steve, Dave, Joe and their staff were all great to work with, true professionals. I would recommend Hammers Construction for all your building needs!

Last year the team at Hammers Construction completed an approximately 3500 square foot building from start to finish for our company. Phil, Lester, and Dave were all such a great team to work with that we are now beginning our second project with Hammers Construction! Phil and Lester were a huge help throughout the whole process. They were always eager to answer my questions and thoroughly walked us through the design process and plans. They kept the project on time and updated us consistently of any changes. Their communication, work ethic, and knowledge of the area is something you just don't find anywhere. Dave was a huge help on the construction side and made sure I was always aware of who was coming and going and any adjustments along the way.
