The Hammers Team that worked on our annexation and utility service installation project did a great job. Factors outside of anyone's direct control led to a prolonged project, but even as things slowed down drastically from the anticipated original timeline, each step was accomplished correctly for our greatest benefit. Our project presented unique features that required continual attention to details that did not get lost or unnoticed. I would definitely recommend using Hammers Construction, and would use them again.

I have had Hammers Construction contracted for 3 builds for veterinary facilities. Each build presented challenges that Hammers was able to work through with utmost professionalism. After having my projects bid by several contractors, not only did Hammers come in the lowest, the kept the cost down throughout the project. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent and they will not abandon you once the project is completed. Joe Butler is easy to work with and is always able to find the solutions needed to complete successful builds. Our Superintendent for our most recent build, Mike Fluegel, is very easy to work with, respectful, and always willing to go out of his way. Even the brothers that started this company are great guys and willing to go out of their way. Highly recommend Hammers Construction!!

Hammers Construction built out our space and nailed it. Everything was done exactly the way we wanted and within the timeframe promised. This is our second commercial build with Hammer’s Construction. We are so impressed with the first remodel project in CoS, we went with them again for our much larger “ground up” project in Monument. Thru the crazy CO weather and unexpected changes, the Hammers team came through and our building turnout out beautiful! Come see it! Hammers Construction was great to work with and always responsive through-out the whole process. They built us a new covered dock with heat tracing for winter months. Made structural repairs to our building. Upgraded our building from 220 to 240. Demoed areas we no longer needed in our facility. Alot of these repairs and additions were last minute decisions and they always flowed with our changing land scape. Would definitely recommend.

Being in the construction business around the world for 55 years I have seen the best and the worst of contractors big and small. SQC is finest of the finest. If you need foundation repair or other services they offer, you cannot go wrong. One clear and complete estimate, started project as stated and completed as scheduled. Outstanding quality. I thought I was the only one left that delivered the best. But good to know I am not. Hire them. Today.
