Ben and his apprentice replaced my water heater 5 months ago. I was very impressed with their professionalism during the install. They had to reroute some of the pipes since the new water heater is a little larger than the old one and the entire install looks great, works great, and they even went the extra mile to find some new shims to make sure everything is nice and level. Thanks Ben!

I manage properties all over the country and sometimes you need someone reliable who is your eyes on the ground. I called Ben one afternoon because I had an active leak in a retail space. Ben knew the situation was urgent and was able to help enter the space with out me being on site, was able to diagnose the issue, stopped the leak and, was extremely calm and professional in the process.

I desperately needed some repairs done in my bathroom. Not knowing anything about plumbing or what to expect, cost wise, BenTek was able to walk me through each step. He explained every option, and every detail in a way that I understood and felt comfortable with. I’ve always been extremely impressed with Bentek’s ability to quickly diagnose the issues and lay out a variety of solutions based on budget, noting the pros and cons of each. Ben the owner is a talented plumber with high attention to detail and I know he commands the same from his employees and any subcontractors involved. He’s happy to address a wide range of plumbing projects from basic residential service and installation needs all the way up to large scale multimillion dollar commercial projects. I just wish he was still in Texas so we could hire him and his team for renovations to our apartment portfolio.

5 stars because Ben and his team were more than great to work with. Our hot water heater went out and within 20 minutes of requesting help from Ben, he was at our home, diagnosing the problem and building a plan.

Ben and his team came out the next morning, snow and icy roads and all, and replaced the water heater very quickly and professionally.

His pricing is extremely reasonable and he is informative and transparent with what he is doing and why. We are grateful for his quick response and quality work he did to get our hot water back on track.

Ben from Bentek plumbing was an awesome profession individual. I called him for his services because I installed a new sink that was deeper than my other sink. I had a hard time putting the plumbing back together because the new sink was way lower than the the line going to the sewer. I knew I had to get the plumbing moved or shortened but I had no idea how to do it. I also needed the pex pipe cut and a valve put I place to attach the new faucet. He responded the same day gave a quick look, quoted me which was reasonable, and set an appointment day. He arrived on time and fixed my sink for us to use. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job on the plumbing under the sink. Thank you Ben I would definitely be using you again in the future. I posted a before picture which has the gray giving and the after which was bens works.

Normal/average experience shopping here. Not enough staff around when you need a question answered, but when you find someone they are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is as clean as it gets for a Home Depot. Can’t go wrong here for any hardware or home improvement needs.

I wanted 3 plants from outside garden area. The lady letting people into the store said go to exit & see if they will let you go straight to cashier. The exit door guy said I had to wait in the 20 min line to enter then go to cashier. I left my plants with him at the exit.

Both Nick Z. and Monica were absolutely fantastic in assisting me today. Nick was persistent in helping me find what I needed to update my bathroom. Monica was incredibly knowledgible in helping me find what I needed to resurface my bathroom counter tops. Both came together as a team and made the experiance very pleasant. I am a complete beginner when it come to these DIY projects and when I decide to redue my floors, my kitchen, my other bathrooms, I will be seeking out these two again for there assistance. You've earned my business from here on out!
