My father went in and talked about needing work done on his house two weeks ago. They set up an appointment for someone to come look at what needs to be done. They have not heard from them and no one showed up today for the appointment time.

Glad we called Fountain Valley electrical when we needed electrical repair in our house. Reasonable pricing for an outstanding service. Jeremy exemplifies commitment and resposibility. Awesome!

If I could give a negative I WOULD!

I had them come out and spent roughly $400 to do a estimate and fix my breaker so it was not fatal ( we live in a old house) my microwave would'nt work if i pushed to start it, but was otherwise functional.

They began running tests to try to spit up the lines running into the breaker and told me the microwave will continue to trip the breaker as it is pulling more power then the breaker will allow.

okay cool, i already know this, but then the tech kept turning on and off the microwave "testing" the breaker line they were splitting up and then all of a sudden we hear a POP and my microwave is FRIED! the tech then looks at me and said " you need to get that fixed" I am so stunned im like WTF. ( they were there a friday) I call them and leave multiple messages on monday, finally in the late afternoon someone ( the tech manager) gets back to me and said that his tech never did ANYTHING!?! Really?? so then either refund my charge or cut a check for the microwave. cause I was very upset. The Manager then said " ill call my tech and then call you back so i can figure out what is going on"

30 ish mins later I get a call, the same guy, he said basically my, MY NEWISH ( Like 1.5years old) MICROWAVE is faulty and caused it self to fry itself by making the breaker to flip.......UHHM NO you just told me not to long ago that it was pulling too much power on a old breaker that cannot handle that, WAS THE REASON IT TRIPPED. But you SIR have had yet to tell me why my microwave was faulty.

WATCH OUT FOR THEM!!! they refuse to even entertain the idea that their LYING TECH fried my microwave in the first place and that they should be held responsible!
Just make sure you video dealing with them because they are shady AS HELL!!!

USEC did the electrical on my home. Not only did I have constant issues with breakers when USEC came to my home to correct it they didn’t come into my house and they just swapped my breakers for breakers that were not to code. Another electrical company had to come out to fix their mistakes. My neighbors who had their houses done by them have also had similar issues.

My daughter and I were ran off the road twice by their driving getting over whenever . My lane was ending and he purposely came from the inner most lane to keep us from merging Ultimately had to come to a screeching halt, or else we’re going to hit the cement barriers. Immediately calls the office and got nowhere.

So excited we stumbled upon Fountain Valley Electric! It seems hard working, affordable electricians are hard to find. We install Radon Mitigation systems and request Jeremy on all of our jobs! He is amazing to deal with, a super hard worker and our customers are always pleased with his work! Also, Julie in the office is fantastic to work with! 5 Stars! Thanks again, you guys rock!

We needed to have our wiring inspected prior to selling. Asked for a quote on their website and they got back to us very quickly and had somebody at our house within hours of calling to schedule. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Bruce was amazing. I was in a pickle when I heard I needed to get my water heater permitted and multiple things needed to be fixed. Called around plumbers all day on a Friday and got 4-5k dollar quotes. Bruce called me back at 6 on a Friday, calmed me down, was very personable and said he would be out in a week. He came out, quotes, did the work in a couple hours and was honest with price. He made a frustrating situation east and affordable for me. Thanks so much Bruce!!!

Ben was awesome. My pipes burst in the middle of the night and Ben was there by 8 am. He even re routed them so they wouldn’t freeze anymore. I would call him before anyone else.

We had a pipe burst very early this morning in our basement. Got our water turned off and then waited until open of business today to call. Ben answered the phone, I gave him the details, told him when I’d be home that afternoon and said I’d text him our address and info. Shortly after we were home I looked at my phone and saw I had missed several calls from Ben. I immediately called him back to let him know he could come out when he was ready. He was at our house within the hour and figured out where our leak was and had it fixed in a decent amount of time.

Ben was very personable and knew what he was talking about without any unnecessary junk. We made some arrangements with him to help with some projects around our house.

I spoke with Mr Ben on one day explained what I needed done by text...he told me he was gonna schedule me an appt in a few days... didn't hear from him so callback...he said he was gonna call his partner to see when she scheduled me for and call me back in an hour....I called him back a couple days later no answer... scheduled appt thru internet no reply either.,.. totally bummed

Ben helped us with a new Gas line extension for cooking stove. Did a top notch work and excellent work ethic.
