Kingdom construction finished my basement and they did a wonderful job. They were professional always on time very responsive and cost efficient my basement was completed in a timely manner. Eric and Jackie has a great team. I will be a returning customer.

Kingdom Construction just reroofed 4 of my buildings. I found them to be a rare gem in that they were competent, competitively priced, offered advice and answered my many questions. They performed the work when they said they would, and they were a pleasure to work with. They helped with all the insurance paperwork, and went above and beyond in the degree and quality of repair. Kingdom Construction is a God send! They communicate and execute very well. They took great care of us after our home was struck by lightning. They are so kind, work quickly, efficiently and double and triple check everything. We are so grateful for them and their team!

We were referred to Kingdom by a very close family friend who had positive experiences with them. Unfortunately, our experience took a wild turn than I had expected.

We were trying to get estimates on a backsplash in our kitchen. I communicated our need for a quote and a report on a previous contractor's poor work as we were working through an insurance mediation on Thumbtack..

My wife initially had difficulty contacting Kingdom. They finally contacted her abruptly and informed her they would arrive at my house within 10 minutes (while she was at work in the middle of the day). As I recently underwent back surgery, this sudden situation presented a challenge and considerable stress. However, I appreciated their prompt response.

Upon first interaction, the experience felt a bit mixed. One of the representatives was standoffish and dismissive and seemed like he wasn't interested in my business or being in my home from the beginning. I guess I would later find out why. Either way it was very off-putting.

The other individual was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also shared his thoughts and insights on the project to help me understand more comprehensively possible ways to correct it that wouldn't cost much money. I honestly thought it was productive.

Both individuals verbally conceded on-site that the work performed by the preceding contractor fell below industry standards and would need to be replaced entirely. This is the same level of assessment that other professionals have made. This provides context and establishes the credibility of acknowledging a material fact, which is crucial for determining liability and ensuring a fair resolution for the customer.

I explained that although we must proceed with corrections, we don't know when, with whom, or how. The details are still being worked out.

Despite a seemingly optimistic initial interaction on moving forward with some possible options with Kingdom, we received an unexpected text message stating that Kingdom Construction was no longer interested in working with us and would not provide an estimate. They did not give a reason for their decision.

After I posted a review of my interaction with these folks, something I do of every business I interact with (I have 14,510 contributions with a 126m views)...

Kingdom's response was insulting, frivolous, and even more repulsive.

While I can understand the desire not to get caught up in a potential contractor dispute, they did not state that as such. Instead, they responded with, "There is no insurance claim. That is false. We have seen people do this kind of thing, and we decided not to work with you." Furthermore, "We decided not to participate in your scheme."

They called us liars and that we are simply in the business of ripping people off.

This statement is erroneous, based on misguided pretenses and prejudice. Kingdom asserts that our claim is false without providing any material facts or evidence. In fact, they had already acknowledged the negligence of the previous contractor at the job site. This highlights a lack of professionalism and a disregard for integrity on the part of Kingdom Construction.

They even texted my wife, threatening legal action against us once I posted my review. I am certainly not concerned about frivolous litigation and empty threats. The fact that they went that far instead of attempting to resolve potential misunderstandings suggests that they should not be in business and should be avoided.

It's good that Kingdom Construction decided not to do business with us, as is their right, but we also have the right to share our experiences as consumers.

Business ethics are fundamental to building trust among consumers. Companies are responsible for treating customers with respect, honesty, and fairness.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Kingdom Construction based on this wild and speechless experience, and we certainly will tell all of our family and friends about this.

Horrible employees!

The GC that drives a black Raptor building the Capitol Grille up here in Park Meadows is a terrible
human. I don’t know if he’s owns the company but The Capitol Grille owners would be shocked at how poorly he treats people. He is on a complete power trip about the empty parking lot, and screaming and yelling at people.

As one of the highest end food establishments around, I would expect them to have much more hospitable people connected to their name.

Order a refrigerator to be delivered. At date of delivery, truck showed up at my house. Stopped for a minute and then drove off without delivering the refrigerator. I was then notified that HD had attempted delivery, but we're unsuccessful. I guess their idea of an attempt is to look at the delivery address. They have now rescheduled for 2 days later. I hope next time they get out of their truck. HD should discontinue using this delivery company, or expect to reduce the cost on their delivery orders.

Staff can be hit or miss. If it isn't in their section they will say I don't know. Go ask so and so in isle whatever.

Closed their doors 30 minutes before the posted time. Phone number is less than helpful

Awful service, rude manager-disorganized store. I made the mistake of ordering my quartz counter here. Total disaster. Waited three extra weeks beyond promised install. Quartz I ordered was then out of stock with no delivery date to be had. Ladies in kitchen & bath NEVER answer their phones!!! Always chatting amongst themselves while phones ring-I have had to go in personally each time to reach them and have witnessed this so I know why the phones aren't picked up. Now I am stuck with a different stone than I ordered as well as the wrong cut for my sink-NIGHTMARE!!! Avoid this store!!!

Person selling furnaces either needs to be retrained or reassigned. I shouldn't have to tell her 3 times that we're not interested before she walks away in a huff without so much as a "thank you" or "have a nice day". If she harasses me one more time, I will literally drop my purchases and drive across town to Lowes.

Chrissy seemed really tired today. Unlocking stuff must not be her usual assignment. The young lady checking me out was quite cheerful though, and other staff was quick to offer help.

I called left a voicemail and did not receive and response or call back.
