I had a wonderful experience with Apache. They located and identify where the problem was coming from, straight away. Everyone was super professional! They listened, problem solved, and fixed the issues with my home. I have already recommended Apache to friend!
Stellar company!!

A couple weeks ago I called Apache to get an estimate for detaching electrical to a shed. I spoke with Felix and was told he could come out on the 15th, however that was too late for what I needed and he said he was able to fit me in on July 12th since it would be a quick visit. I greatly appreciated that as I am working with a small timeline and it needed to be done in a matter of days.

I was told I would receive an email with the quote.

I never received the email quote, contacted Felix to verify the email and never heard back.

Since I didn't hear anything for a bit, on the 11th I called Apache again to verify I was still on the schedule and if I could get that estimate. I briefly spoke with Stephanie, very kind and quick, who gave me Felix's phone number as she couldn't see his schedule at the time. I called and left a VM with name, phone number, general area of house, and the issue again. Did not hear back except for an automated text saying Apache would get back to me.

My appointment was scheduled for sometime on July 12th, yesterday. But I never received an email, call, or text from Felix.

No call no show.

I am very fortunate to have worked with Apache Electric. I manage property and sell homes. One day Stephanie from the front office out of the blue called me and asked if they could schedule an electric panel inspection for Regional on a home I managed. That day I had been trying to find a trusted company for a panel inspection on one of my listings. My usual electrician had been dealing with family illness and not as available as I needed him to be. Right away I setup an appt for my listing. They showed up early! certified the panel and I was so pleased with their service that I scheduled them to do more work at my mother's house to replace switches and plugs for her. Just by chance we crossed paths and what a blessing. I will be recommendingthem to anyone who asks for an electrician.

The best thing about this business is I didn't feel like they were scamming a senior. I thought the cost of the work was reasonable! I would use them again. What I didn't like was, I had an outlet installed outside and they didn't even ask me where I would want it. Instead it's in a place that's not easily accessible for me. Also, and this isn't just an Apache thing, lots of business do this, they added $22 to my bill because I paid by credit card. I understand there's a law or something that allows that now. What I don't understand is why business don't mention this. Initially I said I would pay by cash if the worker could take me to my bank (I don't drive), they said this was ok. But the worker guys came in a van and nothing was said about taking me to the bank so I just paid by card. That's when I found out about the extra charge. Another business tried to sneak a $100+ charge but I've definitely learned to ask first! Businesses need to go back to accepting checks if this is the case. But again, as far as not scamming seniors, that's huge!

They were wonderful to work with. They showed up when promised, actually earlier than scheduled, which worked fine for me. They did the work well and efficiently and the price was reasonable. Thanks Apache!

Felix & Stephanie who work at the front were also awesome and always very helpful anytime I called! Great electrical company! I highly recommend using them!

They were amazing. The owner, Fred, came in and we told him what we wanted in the Living Room and the Bedroom. He listened, made a few suggestions that we agreed with. Beautiful work. We love it. Hunter and Blayne came in to install the lights a few days later and I couldn't have asked for two nicer people. Fred came by to check on their progress. I can’t recommend Fred and the team at Apache enough! Fair, honest, quick and professional! These are the guys to call if you ever need any kind of electrical work done. Fred was so awesome we’re even having him do some work at our business now! We love Apache Electric!!!!

Fred with Apache is my electrician for life. Helped us get electrical power to our tiny house and was amazing, efficient and cleaned up after they were done even more clean then they started. So professional- highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apache Electric in Colorado Springs did such a great job for us. They made us feel like one of the family and went above and beyond to help meet our electrical needs. They repaired light switches, installed a ceiling fan which required a new switch to be installed, installed Ring doorbells as well as security lights. I would highly recommend Apache Electric to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and get their electrical issues/upgrades down with high quality workmanship.

Apache electric did an excellent job replacing our ceiling fans! The fan in our living room was 22 feet high and they replaced it easily. They were very professional and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

It got so bad with these guys that I had to file a complaint with the building department. Although they were supplied with plans for the buildout of my office which included an Xray machine, they simply did not use the plans, and they failed an electrical inspection. They also did not show up for an inspection and blamed it on the GC, although they were notified, and it’s an ELECTRICAL inspection.

Fred from the beginning wanted to do work on the office without any permits, which he did work without them, in which the building department with a stop work order. They also overcharged me (I have family in the building industry who know the prices), Samantha at the office laughed at me over the phone for asking her to repeat herself once, and they simply lied to me, avoided important conversations about the work and money, and basically just took my money.

As a business owner, I have the expectation that you will be professional and provide a great service. They did not check those boxes, so I had to write a bad review to warn people that they will just take your money and leaving you questioning your life decisions.

Felix gave Five Star service. We had a breaker that kept tripping in a house we recently purchased. We had another highly rated electrician come out and he was unable to fix it. When Felix arrived he said I will find the problem. He patiently went through the house checking outlets, switches and wiring until he corrected several issues from previous work that had been done. He kept me informed though the process and explained to me what he was doing during each step until the issue was resolved. Fred and Justin even came out to lend support as well. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend Apache Electric.

Our home was smelling like smoke and we didn’t know the cause so we called a couple of places. The first company said our electrical panel needed to be replaced and it would take a couple weeks to get a permit. Then Apache electric showed up. They immediately found the problem. It was a wire that was smoking. And then immediately started an emergency service. They were so knowledgeable, very fast, super professional, and major lifesavers. Without them, I’m certain our house could have burnt down. I cannot thank them enough!

I had Justin Schmidt come out to install a car charger outlet for me. The price was better than most other places seem to offer. He was very professional and completed the install quickly. I encountered an unforeseen issue with the breaker tripping and he quickly came out and fixed it for me. He said if any problems occurs, to give him a shout. To me that means a lot. Very awesome, I definitely recommend Apache Electric!

Shout out to Apache Electric and namely Ernesto and Colin who showed up on time, did a great job addressing my issue with a chandelier and overall were super nice, helpful, and professional. Great experience overall, and would happily use Apache Electric again, should a need arise!! 5/5!!

Justin came highly recommended by a friend. He was super responsive and came out the next day to inspect my problem. He and Samantha made room for me the following day and sent Ernesto and his partner (didn't get his name). They were able to come early, fixed the issue quickly, cleaned up & were gone just as fast. I highly recommend them as well!

I was referred to Apache from a neighbor, and would use them again. Justin quickly came out to give me an estimate, which took all of three minutes, and we scheduled the service for a week or so later. The technicians TK and Aaren were professional, answering any question I had about the installation of the 7500W garage heater. Good service at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I just want to thank Justin and Samantha for being such caring individuals and helping me with my AC. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of!! Justin went above and beyond what needed to get done and for this I thank you with all my heart!!
