A chandaler mount had brokden at the ceiling attachment fixture and a replacement part was unavbailable. The two servicemen that Advanced Electrical Group (AEC) sent out were outstanding. They were able to quickly improvise a sound and cosmetically pleasing repair using only materials at hand on their truck. Two other electical repair companies would not even attempt the job. I am very pleased with AECs work and highly recommend them.

Technician was respectful of our home and was on time. He did a great job on our lights and will be scheduling again for more work. Scheduling was quick and easy and paying was even easier once work was finished. I have 5 stars because we were very satisfied with the service.

We had AEG out to do a whole bunch of varied things. We had them trench outside and wire two sheds with electrical and install lights. We had them add more electrical so that we could finish our kitchen. They took care of the permits. We also had them find reasons behind why goofy things didn’t work right. They were professional and we enjoyed working with them.

Electrician eventually found my problem and explained each step. He spent a lot of time but never gave up. The issue is resolved.

During a March snow/windstorm I had lost power for two days. When the power was restored, half of my house still was without power. I troubleshot as much as I knew to do. Check GFI‘s and took a look at breakers. And then called advanced electric and they were able to come see me the same day. The technicians were very professional and thorough with their troubleshooting. They were able to restore the remainder of the house back into power. Thank you!
