He explained everything that he did. He did not rush. He had a ladder, extra outside bulb, easy invoice access. I would want him to do work for me again.

Kent and team were great. We just moved in and have been dealing with the breaker tripping several times per day. They diagnosed it and were able to offer a reasonable repair quickly. I was able to make the initial appointment entirely on Google. That was very convenient. All of the individuals who I interacted with seemed to enjoy working together.

Kent and his other technician did a fantastic job setting up a low-voltage wiring request for a coaxial cable from our bottom floor to the second floor through the home.

Service was quick, professional, and provided a clean and discreet cable wiring.

Tim was great. Diagnosed and solved an issue with an outlet in my kitchen and got me back up and running. Very helpful talking through future electrical needs for my home.

Let there be LIGHT!

Mario & Kofo installed 4 wafer lights in our primary bedroom. We thought we wanted can lights, but we didn't know that there was such a thing as wafer lights, which are so much better -- glad the guys came prepared for me to agree with their recommendation.

They were prompt, ever-so-polite, and I'm a little giddy at the amount of light now available to me.

They were also really sweet with our dog, which is always a nice thing.

We had a front door switch that snapped everyone I flipped it you're tech fixed it and other plug in receptacles we had problems with
He also fixed a light downstairs that hasn't worked for awhile now along with an outlet in laundry room. I am so pleased
Today we had Kent out and he replaced our whole house fan switch.
He had come out this morning to check it and called to see if it was under warranty and it wasn't but I asked him how much it would take to replace it he gave me a bid and said he would go get the switch and came back real quick and replaced it we really appreciate the service we got this morning and will call you again.

Had them install 4 sockets for a bathroom remodel to include one for a large lighted mirror and one for bidet. BAM...

I recently purchased a chandelier and ceiling medallion from Peak Lighting and needed the fixture installed. Peak Lighting provided me with contact information of two electrical contractors. Matrix Electric was one of them - the other contractor did not return my call. I contacted Matrix Electric and spoke with Mike who I found to be very professional and helpful in scheduling my installation. The electrician, Justin, contacted me on my scheduled service date to confirm my address and to let me know he was in route - he was early! How often does that happen!?! I was pleasantly surprised!! The installation turned out to be more involved than we had anticipated. My 14’ ceiling is slanted and the previous light fixture had to be removed. The fixture was not installed correctly (by the previous homeowner), without a necessary fan box, and was barely hanging on with a deck screw and a short nail through the drywall! This fixture was in excess of 75 lbs. I’m extremely fortunate the fixture hadn’t fallen out of the ceiling!! Justin removed the fixture and carried it downstairs to storage for me as it was really heavy! Justin had to install a remodel fan box inside the ceiling/attic to safely hang my new Tuscany style chandelier, which was also large and very heavy! He neatly wove the fixture’s electrical wire inside the 8’ chandelier chain - you can’t even see it! The installation of the ceiling medallion was a challenge, too, because of the slanted ceiling! It was obvious Justin takes a lot of pride in his workmanship and he was such a nice young man too! I am extremely happy with the entire service I received from Matrix Electric! Justin, Mike, and the owner, Ryan, are all AWESOME!!! I highly recommend Matrix Electric and will be using them for any future electrical projects!

Matrix Electric is fabulous! Scheduling was super easy and Justin the electrician showed up right on time and was very professional. He installed a light fixtures and several cans lights in my kitchen plus added some plugs in our den. All the projects look wonderful and clean. I highly recommend Matrix for all your electrical needs!!

My house had a ghost that randomly turned on my dishwasher and occasionally other appliances. I thought I might have to have the entire house rewired, but Tory crawled through my attic for several hours checking literally every connection and repairing what wasn't right. Everything works great now! Highly recommend!

Ryan and Torey are great. They moved quickly when we called and asked for an EV outlet to be installed in our new home. They had us up and running before we moved in, which was the goal so we had zero downtime with our EV and no need to find a charger elsewhere. The job site was clean when they left as well. I would highly recommend them if you have an electrical need.

Tory quickly assessed existing wiring and made needed corrections. He worked efficiently and cleaned up his mess. I highly recommend Tory at Matrix Electric.

Torey worked hard for over a full day helping us to get the electrical wiring, outlets, and circuits in order in our 1949 house. He cleaned up otherwise illogical wiring replacing old wiring only when necessary. He worked almost without pause trying to accomplish everything on our list. As we move forward with future projects we will definitely call him back. He's a great person to work with.
