We recently bought a house and Valley electric did our inspection of an electrical panel known to cause fires. We were having issues with the electric and came to find that the panel was not to code and also had a huge hole in the bottom of it. It’s partially our fault for not reading the inspection report clearly ... but the inspector wrote that the panel was to code for the time the house was built- that was 1972 !!!! It’s clearly deceptive! Now we are looking at a 3 k fix that we should’ve had the sellers pay for. The electrician further told us a hole in a panel should’ve never passed an inspection - that if it catches fire it will go straight to our 11 year old sons room.

The electricians arrived on time, replaced my light fixtures, and vacuumed each room. They even lowered my bathroom mirrors so my vanity lights could be hung the way I had requested. Excellent work for a good price

Valley Electric provided great work installing a sub-panel and wiring for an air conditioner. Dave was easy to work with and very flexible when the schedule had to change due to closing delays. He showed up on short notice to help fix problems that would have delayed a property sale. I plan to use Valley Electric for all future electrical needs.

I recently had my main breaker go out and would not reset right over the 4th of July weekend. The breaker kept tripping. I called Valley Electric and a tech was out after hours to replace my 100 amp breaker! Thank you so much Dave and Ryan!! I am so thankful for your service!

For lack of tightening a screw, my house caught on fire! When I called and told Dave about what had happened, he was more concerned with defending his work then he was concerned about what had happened and the issues I was having. I waited for him to respond, gave up called a more reputable company and they came out tightened up the loose screw in my breaker box, discovered I had a loose connection in the breaker box for my furnace also.

I called late on a Friday afternoon to have Valley Electric troubleshoot why I had no power to the outlets in my family room. The guys came and had to check every outlet in the house to find the problem. They were clean, polite, thorough and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend their services.

He explained thoroughly what needed to be done, gave me a cost estimate on the spot (which did turn out to be absolutely accurate) and got me an appointment for the work to be done quite quickly.The two gentlemen that came to do the work (Richard and Kyle) were courteous, efficient, careful, and cleaned up after themselves completely. We had a few electric projects in an older 1951 home we wished to complete. I had met Dave with Valley Electric on unrelated business and was always taken by his straight forward business persona. Of course I thought of Dave first and foremost. I originally had intended to do the project in the late spring of this year, but the pandemic put that on hold. When we finally felt comfortable to engage in that level of contact we asked Dave if he would be able to give us an estimate on the project. Dave came out and proved to be very attentive to our needs and desires for the final outcome. He had suggestions and advise that proved invaluable in our decision making process. His input was invaluable and guaranteed a better outcome than we could have envisioned. His price and the time frame to complete the project fit well within our anticipated outcome. On the day of installation both Richard and Kyle treated us and our home with the utmost care and professionalism. As with any older home you would expect challenges. However you would not have known there were any in the way they pushed through without pause. It was refreshing to see these young men work and take pride in their accomplishments. We could not be more satisfied and will certainly recommend Valley Electric, as well as engage them again in future projects.
