Rocky Mountain Electric is by far the best electrical company in Colorado. I have been in the construction industry for 12+ years. They always respond and take care of anything. All of their techs are professional and great with customers. Any chance I get I refer them. Amazing work always!

Whoever worked the apartments in Pueblo yesterday was a complete jerk, would not speak or acknowledge that I was talking to him, it was really weird. Then he had me waiting at 4pm to install my water heater i was called out to do at the end of the day. When he was don he started cursing and jumped in his van and left without me knowing, his own co worker told me that. So I was waiting around till 5pm even though he was done. Complete jerk and very unprofessional. Be better

Did not clean up after themselves when running conduit for an outdoor receptacle at VUE21 apartment complex several weeks ago. Destroyed landscape to create trench, then did not replace landscape fabric/decorative rock. Looks like a construction site at apartment complex permanently now. 2 stars for completing installation to code (as far as what is visible).

Once again, Rocky Mountain Electric was there for us and finished a job that was not even supposed to be part of their work!! When the other vendor did not show up as scheduled Kelly and Jason stepped up and made sure we were taken care of promptly. They are just the best!! Professional and such a pleasure to work with!!

I can't recommend these guys enough. We had a huge upgrade to a 200 amp pannel and about 15 additional upgrades throughout the house, including added outlets, stitches, can lighting, etc. They were very professional. The lead on the team, Marc, was awesome. He always called ahead of arrival, stayed in contact throughout the project and called when he left to let us know he'd locked up. Great service and excellent prices.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for this but I think it is necessary. I had an estimate scheduled for 9:00 AM, in which I took off work in the morning for.

At 8:40 AM I am brushing my teeth, and I hear a knock on the door, so I yell one minute, and when I get to the door I see someone crossing the street, and getting into their truck. Unsure if that was the person for the estimate, I waved, and gave him a shout as he drove by but he didn't stop. I assumed this wasn't the person as it was early. I then waited until 930 to realize it might have been him and called the office. Unfortunately, it was him, and now I cannot get an appointment for well over 2 weeks.

I felt bad as if it was my own fault, now I have wasted my own PTO for literally nothing. Luckily, I have a camera to verify time stamps, in which the individual for the company arrived at my door and knocked at 8:43, and left before I opened the door at exactly 8:44.

I think I deserve more then 60 seconds to respond to a knock. Please understand that while your time is valuable, and you are busy, your customers are also busy, and value their time.

I had flickering lights and a brief outage that prompted a call to Colorado Springs Utilities. They came out and said that the power was fine to the house, so it was likely an issue with the electrical panel. So I called a well-reviewed electrical company who came out and immediately upon opening things up declared that I needed a new panel... for $4000.

Not eager to spend $4K, I searched for a nearby company with good reviews and found Rocky Mountain Electric. Mark came out and looked over things more thoroughly. It was his determination that a new panel wasn't necessary and in less than 2 hours he had everything cleaned up and working correctly.

He could have just agreed that I needed a new panel and attempted to outbid the first company. Instead, he saved me thousands and earned my trust and future business.

This company was recommended to me by our HOA when our power went out due to an error I caused during a DIY attempt. We had no power overnight and I was really starting to stress out about the refrigerator contents. Kirsten took my call and my information. She immediately called me back to say she would said somebody ASAP..
Joe showed up within the hour. He was professional, charismatic and thorough. He fixed my huge oopsie and showed me what I had done incorrectly so I won't do it again, but I'll probably just call them first next time. 10/10 would recommend!

Jared Hurst is amazing! He came out to my house and fixed my issue promptly. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Rocky Mountain Electric for any electrical issues that’s arise.

The owner, Jason Kelly, is also an amazing electrician. He wired the electrical in our new barn and it is wonderful!

I hired Rocky Mountain Electric to do several small jobs, and they were on time, friendly, and on budget. Being a contractor myself, I always had a ton of small jobs for an electrician, and for over a span of several years, RME never failed me or my customers. Because of RME's dedication to my customers and my company, I selected them to do several big jobs. We built this relationship at a lower level, and to date, RME has done several homes for me, all custom homes at the 5 to 6,000 sq ft mark. They also powered a full-size 3000 sq ft shop, did my service tie in off a county road, powered my well, my septic, and also installed my automatic transfer station and generator. Jason is as solid as they come, and I will stand by this company for the rest of my days. Professional, hard working, and dedicated are just a few hallmarks that describe Rocky Mountain Electric and Jason Kelly!

I have known and worked with Rocky Mountain Electric for over 3 years and have always gotten professional and excellent assistance from the staff. Kelly and Kirsten in the office are marvelous ladies! They are always happy to help and sweet people all around. The quality of work is always superb, and have you met the owners? They are down to earth people and absolutely hilarious.

Jared Hurst came to save the day for my family and I! He's the best! We've had such a tough time with multiple breakers. Having to reset them multiple times a week, without any real reason for them to trip in the first place. He came out, identified, explained, and then went to get things to fix what was happening! So thankful!

One of the most aggressive and wreckless drivers Ive ever seen on I-25 was driving a work truck from this company. Put everyone at risk flashing his headlights and brights, turning his lights completely off(im assuming to try to hide his identifying information), speeding up and around, and then hard brake checking a white minivan in front of us. We almost hit both of them because of this maniac's complete disregard for everyone else. Road rage was clearly a problem but i suspect its a solid reflection of what you can expect from their customer service, professionalism, and adherence to safety.

I’ve been using Rocky Mountain Electric for the past four years across two different management companies, both of which consistently preferred RME. I can’t recommend a more honest, hardworking, and all-American crew. No matter the stress level, they always get the job done and take excellent care of the end user.

Was able to come out on short notice and do an electrical panel inspection for me as a seller of my home. Only charged $98 which is a bargain to get someone to show up for that amount. I have had the pleasure of utilizing their services at my place of business and the work done was outstanding! When I sold my house and needed some electrical work done after the inspection my realtor sent me her recommendation to do the work. Turned out she uses Rocky Mountain Electric as well. Kelly and the office staff were fantastic. Friendly and professional, worked around my schedule to have someone out. Joe did an awesome job. Price for completed work was under the estimated charge. You couldn't tell anyone had been there when the work was completed. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place. These guys are the gold standard for electrical work in Colorado Springs! The owner, Jason and his team were fantastic from the start. Extremely responsive, punctual, friendly and reliable. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and their pricing was reasonable. Our water heater broke and we had to do electrical work for the new one. Jason was very considerate and accommodating, trying to squeeze us in last minute, knowing we were without hot water. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Electric! I will continue to reach out to them for any of my electrical needs.

Mark came by and helped find out why our wall had no power. He went above and beyond in explaining potential issues and things to look out for to identify problems in the future. He even made sure to put our child protection plugs back after his work. I appreciated his communication and efficiency.

We needed quite a number of outlets replaced (2-prong to 3-prong, GFCIs and nonfunctional ones) and the team at Rocky Mountain Electric was able to get us on their schedule quickly. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job with very reasonable rates.
