Excellent company to deal with. We needed to change out an outdated breaker panel. Estimate and installation were all completed in a timely and efficient manner with the final product breezing through county inspections without a hitch. David and Vincent were a pleasure to deal with and completely professional. They took the time needed to explain the entire project in layman terms and would not leave until I was completely satisfied with all the the work that had been performed...which I was! I would highly recommend this conscientious and competent company to anyone needing electrical service.

We had a level 2 charger installed and the electric way team did great. Daniel their service tech was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on placement. And it past the inspection first time. Communication on scheduling and arrivals were all timely and courteous.

Evan called to let me know he was an hour ahead of schedule from other appointments and asked if I was open to meeting earlier. Worked out perfectly for me, actually, cuz it opened up my schedule for the rest of the day. He was very polite, friendly, transparent, thorough, focused and cost conscious.

The technician sent to my home for a variety of small electric issues was Evan and I definitely give him a 5 star review for being so courteous & friendly. He handled everything in a timely manner, even going to Home Depot to get parts he didn't have on his truck. Good Guy!

I had a breaker tripping issue and Electric Way scheduled service right away. Evan arrived promptly and found and resolved the issue quickly. I’m very pleased with the service. I am torn how to write this review. This was for service to install a car wall charger. Scheduling was easy and the price was expected. Tech showed up promptly and did the job. He then left and called and said he needed to fix something and came back and redid the job. While doing so he scratched up the charger probably by laying it on the ground. Then the inspector came and rejected the work and another tech had to come out to fix it. So three visits to get it right. Everyone has been nice and they got it right (other than my scratched up wall charger) in the end. I guess it shouldn’t take three trips. I will consider using them again if I have a need but I may also shop around.

I used Google AI to find the most honest electrician in CS. The Electric Way was number one. I used them to trouble shoot a troublesome problem and it was a great experience. Vincent arrived right on time, was super friendly, put on shoe covers, quickly found the problem. The price was super fair and was explained up front. Mariah the call manager was also a pleasure. Very professional and friendly! Even from the first phone call, they were dedicated to helping me install an new outlet for my EV. I had lots of concerns about my house being too old, and not having any space in my fuse box to install another fuse for it. They sent Vincent out who walked me through all of my options and how much they would cost. We chose an option that fit my needs and then Evan came out, as he was one of their best metal conduit benders! He ran a perfect length of conduit and wired in a NEMA 14-50 plug for me. He even made a mistake by running the wrong wire, but he pointed it out, then took the time to make it right, instead of covering it up, which I greatly appreciated.

Could not be more satisfied! As Evan said to me, “It’s the electric way”. Thank you!

Electric Way installed a new GFCI outlet in my bathroom. Quote was done electronically using photos I provided. The installer, Daniel was very professional and committed to a high quality installation. Price quoted was accurate. Will definitely use them again for future electrical needs.

Wow - This company is amazing. If you need an EV charger installed, or have other electrical issues, this is the place. Evan came over, on time, gave a very reasonable estimate, and had an EV charger installed same day, with permits pulled. He even looked over our electrical box at my wife’s request and tightened up a few loose ports. Amazing. Thank you Evan and Electric Way!

My tech cordially requested an early arrival and said no problem if that didn't work. Loved that and loved that we could get him in early. Quickly identified the problem, explained everything to me and was on his way. A very nice young man and very professional.

My company needed a new light fixture and we called TEW - they've been a partner with us for some time now. Each step of the way in getting an appointment scheduled - the phone calls, the emails, etc. - were superb customer service A lost art in this day and age!

Day of, I was expecting a tech to come by at 10 AM, but Vincent M showed up early - also unheard of in this day and age! He was super kind, efficient, and great to have in our office. Got the job done in 15 minutes or so. Would happily do business with TEW and work with Vincent again!
