I had my air conditioning unit installed at the same time workers were replacing my roof! The roofers showed up earlier than expected and I wasn't sure the Cooper guys would be able to do their work but they courageously took the challenge and got everything installed and working by early afternoon. They were courteous, knowledgeable, hard-working and gracious, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend this company and it's workers to anyone! It was also a bonus to do so using my Costco membership. Thanks everyone!

We initially contacted Costco member services for a quote for a new air conditioning and furnace replacement. Through Costco, we were connected and contacted by Cooper Heating & Cooling. Of the different companies we contacted, they were the fastest at getting someone to come out for an estimate. Blaine was very professional, not only in communication with us, but also in throughly going over all of the information and different products we could pick from. Additionally, contacting him with any additional questions or concerns was great.

We scheduled our service and Cooper H&C had clear communication on when it was happening as well as texting us the names and pictures of the technicians who would be coming to our home. Chandler and Conner showed up in the timeframe as promised. They were very professional and worked on this big project for us. We were told it’s an all day project of about 8 hours. It was! These two worked diligently and kept all the work spaces clean. They laid down protective tarps and were respectful of our space and home. We didn’t feel like we had to pick up or clean anything after they left.

If you’re looking for a company to help with heating or cooling, Cooper Heating & Cooling is wonderful! Great communication and customer service all around. They really work well as a team and getting things taken care of! We’re loving our new units and nice cold ac!

I lost half my electricity. Kevin came out and his preliminary diagnosis of the problem being a utility problem proved to be correct. He told me who to call and explained the problem. I would certainly recommend Cooper

As the mechanical inspector said, “It’s always nice to be able to sign something off on the first visit and these guys made sure it was done right.”

My wife and I made the choice to get AC in our house as we are both working from home and decided that we couldn't take the heat any more. (we are both CO Natives but it seems to be getting hotter around here.) We had received three bids and while Cooper's bid, came in lower, their product seems to be better or equal quality. Their sales rep (Blaine) was very professional and was able to explain to me in great detail what I needed and didn't try to up sell me on anything that I didn't need. Cooper was able to set up the install a couple of days later, sounds like that's unusual for them, but I was thankful.

The installers were a little late due to the AC unit not being in their location on time, but they called to let me know and made it right with me. I would have been disappointed without a call. I do currently work in a home office so this was not an issue for me anyways, but I did appreciate the call.

We built our home through a well known home builder in town and have had some issues with the hot water. It literally (not figuratively) took the water in kitchen sink five minutes to heat up. We asked our home builder about this and they said that was normal and they could not fix it due to the size of our house (which isn't that large). I asked the sales rep about this and he sent Jason B. to look at the recirculating pump for us. This of course was for a fee of 99. If this could be fixed, 99 was well worth it. Jason took apart the hosing around the pump and found a defect. I am not well diverse in this, so let's just say that he found the problem and fixed it and that the home builder was wrong. We not have instant hot water throughout the house. Thanks Jason! Now our biggest problem is that we keep burning our hands on the hot water. We're just not used it.

Our AC install went great! I don't have much to compare this to, but I know that I am sitting in my office which is cool and comfortable. I didn't know this, but once you have an AC unit installed, a couple of inspectors from the city need to come out to check their work to make sure everything was done correctly. The inspector who looked at the mechanical work admired the work of the two who performed the install, which was Dion and Ryan. He said that he could tell that they went above and beyond and had excellent craftsmanship. I was glad to hear this as we have had some issues with other installs int the past and with the craftsmanship from the trades of our home builder.

We are happy with our experience with Cooper Heating & Cooling. We felt that we got a great value with the AC unit, the install and of course with the hot water. While we are happy with the product, we are extremely happy with the personal service that we received from the company. Blaine, Jason, Dion and Ryan were all great people to work with and I grateful for the service they provided for our family.

This was a very good experience. Cooper installed a mini-split system for air conditioning/heating. The work was done professionally and without any problems. The crew was courteous, responsive to questions and requests, and they worked very hard, even in inclement weather. The project was completed in the promised time and they worked with me promptly and effectively to get the rebates I claimed. What a terrific company all round. (By the way, no relation to anyone in the company).

I have had very positive experiences with Cooper. Their employees are professional, responsible and honest. When I explained the heating problem to another company, they sent a tech out and charged me to tell me he couldn't work on a boiler. I was pleased with Cooper's service and after fixing the problem had them back to replace a 42 year old boiler. Professional installation and the new system is working great so far.

Cooper's tech Barrington has done our annual maintenance check on our ac, heater and humidifier several times. He has always proven to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Cooper installed our system, and they are reliable and trustworthy. We are happy to have found a service provider we can trust and rely on.

I bought everything from a Costco deal. From the time of estimate to the time of install everything flowed as they said it would. All parts showed up, then all the techs needed showed right on time. I even asked for a new water heater and humidifier to be installed, and things have been great. I have been recommending these ladies and gentlemen every time someone is looking for HVAC work.

I had Cooper come out to repair my heater which was on the blink. My technician, Conner, couldn't have been better and, based on my experience with this service, I'll always use Cooper for any future work I may have. One of the best experiences I had as a customer for a long time.

Owning an almost 25-year-old house with radiant floor heating is not for the faint of heart. We were struggling to keep certain zones heated recently and reached out to Cooper. Conner came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and returned a short time later to fix it. Yay, heat! Cooper is setting the standard for the Heating and Cooling industry.

This is a great team and company. We had them install a new AC through Costco and the work was thorough and professional. When we upgraded our thermostat, they were able to help get it working properly and ensured we had appropriate and updated wiring. They're team was always responsive and helped us walk through everything.

Conner did a great job. He did a maintenance on the furnace and also repaired a small propane leak. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased!

We used Cooper for a brand new A/C install as our home was not built with one. We were paired with them using the Costco home services program. Blaine was a trustworthy salesman who gave us a honest estimate and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Chance and Kenny got the install done quickly, were communicative throughout and answered any questions. Their electrical team was professional and friendly as well.

My water heater recently started leaking so, on a recommendation, I called Cooper. I am thrilled I did. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day and installed a takeless water heater for me. The process was absolutely fantastic; professional and quick. I will be calling Cooper for all of my future needs; so should you.

- We met with several contractors, but upon meeting Blaine Butler with Cooper HVAC, we found his representation of the company to be very professional and very patient in exploring best options for our home. He even talked us out of getting a bigger/high-end system and focused solely on what would be the “best fit” for our overall unique circumstances in Monument. He then gave us several quality system options to choose from. They installed our heat pump early 2022 and it’s been doing great. They have since sent out crew quickly whenever needed, even manager Jason on several occasions, just to ensure our system was dealt with excellently. Can only provide the highest of recommendations. We had Blaine come in to do our estimate and he was so quick and easy to talk to! Showed us more than one option we can pick from. The prices were right in our budget. He was able to get our ac unit installed within the next week! Then chance and his team did the installation and was very respectful with everything in our home. Super excited to finally have a cool home this summer and couldn’t thank this company enough with there amazing team

Amazing experience!! From the start it was an easy process. Blaine did a great job doing the estimate explaining everything so I understood what I was getting, why I needed it and why I didn't want the things I didn't need. Install time was great. 8 days from accepting the estimate to installation. Chance and his team did an extremely good job getting everything installed and didn't mind me being a helicopter homeowner!!! Highly recommend this company and strongly suggest going through Costco to get the benefits that are offered.
