My wife and I want to express our deepest Gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Kevin Isbell and Cooper Electric. We had a tripped outlet and breaker that left the internet router and the garage without power. After replacing the breaker without any success we called Cooper Electric. Mr. Isbell came promptly the next day, driving in really bad weather to get to us. He identified the issue and solved it. We had Kevin on a previous project and he again went above expectations. Because of Kevin we will only use Cooper Electric, heating, and cooling. We know things will get taken care of the right way the first time and the company and its employees really do care! Thank you very much!

From a thorough assessment of my home HVAC needs to providing a timely, competitive price quote to efficient planning & communicating right up to the day of installation, Cooper Heating & Cooling demonstrated a rare, much appreciated focus on "getting the job done right". I highly recommend Cooper as a preferred service vendor with COSTCO. I should also add that as an incentive, potential buyers like me who consider purchasing a home service through the COSTCO-affiliated vendor program will receive a Shopping Card worth 10% of their purchase (sometimes more during promotions). It was a key factor that clinched my buying decision when considering other competing bids.

Martin and crew did an excellent job. They were very professional and quick. I would recommend Cooper Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Called Cooper H&C last week about an AC not working. They were able to get me in within a week and put me on a cancellation list as well. Day of, I received a call and a text about arrival time and even received a picture of the tech coming to do the work, which was a thoughtful touch so I knew who to look for. Conner was very professional and polite. He took the time to answer my questions and look at all possible issues. He was in and out in under an hour and so far the house feels great! Very thankful for the service and will be calling Cooper H&C again for any issues!

Lee Came to our house today to check our A/C He was polite Friendly Respectful. He checked it out knew what was wrong in 20 mins .Gave us options discussion took place .Chose to fix it , he went down town got parts fixed my unit.Got it working .Gave us suggestions how to care for it make it last longer. Had another guy over day before took him 2 hours to give me a 18,000 repair bill .Price to replace was outrageous. My mom used Cooper from Costco before trust them .So glad I went with you .Thankyou so much for you Honesty .Thankyou Lee!

Cooper Cooling and Heating Manager, Thomas Rome, has been thoughtful, energetic, well-informed and a wonderful problem solver!! He has helped us chart a way to carry on with the best possible results.This past summer we had to replace our water heater. After 28 years it stopped working, instead flooding a good portion of our basement. We were able to reclaim a good deal of the flooded area. One of our most damaged areas became a great new bedroom. At the same time our air conditioner stopped working, too. . Our 28 year old furnace will need to be replaced, too. Because of Tom Rome’s hard work, and friendship, my wife and I are beginning to feel excited about our future in our beautiful home. All IS going to work out! Thank you Tom Rome, Cooper Heating and Cooling, and Costco!!

Cooper heating saved my behind. On Sunday 30 December 2024 my heater went out late in the evening. I was supposed to be leaving the next morning for a trip out of state . I called the company I’ve used for over 20 years and there answering service fed me a bunch of crap, they told me the tech would call me within 30 minutes. And 1hour and 15 minutes later I had to call back, this time they told me they couldn’t call me until the next morning when they came.

I called Cooper heating, Dion called me back in about 20 minutes, he said he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up on time, he went to work on my heater. He discovered it was some circuit board. He didn’t have one on his truck but said he would call me first thing in the morning. It was just after 8:00 am and he called me that they had the part and could be out in the afternoon. My son was able to meet Dion at my house and he fixed my heater while I was out of state for New Years. They let me pay for it over the phone and it’s working great again, even at 25 years old.

My new heating and air conditioning company is Cooper heating. They are quick, efficient and did a great job. Dion did an awesome job, came out late at night, found the problem and got it fixed for me.

Just had my furnace serviced under the Cooper Green Club Maintenance Plan. Professional service with easy to schedule appointments. Aaron did a great job answering my questions and explaining what was required. Definitely recommend this worry free plan for heating and cooling maintenance.

Went through the CostCo program (sign up for the business level so you get 2% back) and got our furnace replaced and air conditioning installed. The team was very professional and did a great job getting our older house all set up. The new system is quiet, updated, and had a quality install. Now we're thinking about either an air filtration or a whole house humidifier, maybe both.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end - from sales to installation. The communication aspect of my furnace and ac purchase and installation was outstanding. Blaine answered all of my phone calls promptly and took the time to answer my numerous questions. Martin and Aaron installed my hvac system and they too were excellent. Martin answered all of my questions throughout the install, and finished up by the end of the day. He is a skilled technician no doubt. Both he and his assistant Aaron were respectful of our home, and kept the work area clean. Martin reviewed the new system with us, made sure the furnace humidifier and ac fired up, and my Nest thermostat was reconnected properly. The electricians updated our electrical quickly and efficiently. Excellent experience all around. Thank you!

My furnace quit working this morning and had an error code. I called Cooper Heating, this is where I purchased my unit from, and the operator I would give a 4 star because he wasn’t as helpful and asked me when I would like them to come and look at the unit. I was a little sarcastic and said since my furnace isn’t working and it is 60 degrees in my house and there is a snow storm outside. I would think ASAP would be great as this is an emergency call. I know they are a 24/7 company so waiting in line until a technician is available was fine. I didn’t want to schedule an appointment for the next day with the temperatures so low outside.
The technician arrived midday and serviced the unit and checked the unit for any other issues besides the error code. Luckily it was a simple fix. Dion was very professional and did a thorough job. I didn’t feel rushed and we went over everything involving my unit. He called for quotes on specific filter parts and gave a timeline to bring them out. The unit was up and running quickly. He is why I gave a 5 star review!

These guys are great! They called us before they arrived and were absolute professionals throughout the entire installation. They kept us apprised of everything that needed to be done to accommodate our new furnace & A/C systems. We would call them again in a heartbeat if we had any other HVAC needs.

I was told I had to replace my furnace at a cost of 7,800.00 This was after a free fall service on it. It did not need it. It actually had paper stuck in the blower and some other gunk. I am really grateful! Thank you Connor from Cooper HVAC

Blaine came on a Monday to provide an estimate. All the paperwork was completed online and the team came out on Friday of the same week for the installation of my new HVAC system. They explained everything to me afterwards in including maintenance. The quality of their work was excellent. The install just looks amazing. Thank you for providing such high quality, professional service!

We've had great experiences with Cooper for our heating/cooling needs. Every time they come by, the team is always professional, honest, and quick with their work. We purchased a new furnace and AC from them a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the setup.

We had Carter come by today for some routine maintenance/inspection on our furnace before winter really sets in, and he was great to talk to and thorough in his work.

I called Copper Heating and cooling for an emergency no heat, although they couldn't fix my furnace they diagnosed it and recommended next steps. Chandler Siggers was the technician that looked at my unit was super professional and explained everything perfectly. Even showed what he was doing. Most appreciated. I'll call Copper heating and cooling everytime.

Of course we picked one of the coldest days for November 2024. Installation went smoothly. The Installation team were professionals. They Trained us on the new equipment And answered all our questions. Great team exceptional work!

Conner was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and able to explain to me (who knows nothing 🙂). If we need your services again, we would love him to come back. Great company, great service!

Had two damper motors replaced by Chandler with Cooper. He was on time and efficient. So far so good with the install. Price was reasonable, and I have to say the responsive and timely communication with Jason has been a pleasure.
