I have been a customer of Pendleton Heating and Cooling for many years and have been very pleased with the services I have received. They installed a new heater and air conditioner and their service in doing so was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about this company. They responded right away and were very professional. Since I am new to living at high altitude, Kip took the time to explain to me how the air and heating work up here. Highly recommend.

Pendleton is super affordable, knowledgeable and friendly! I love that they don't upsell me on things I don't need aaand I've never seen a company include the blower wheel in their cleanings at no extra charge! 🤯🤯🤯

If I could give Pendleton Heating and Cooling ten stars, I would! My experience with them was exceptional. First off, their maintenance service is great. My 3-year-old furnace was in rough shape, but thanks to Pendleton's thorough check-up, it's now running real smooth.

here's the kicker – they include blower cleanings in the maintenance of the furnace! I've dealt with HVAC companies in the past that nickel and dime you for every little thing, but not Pendleton. They understand the value of customer satisfaction.

These folks are like HVAC magicians, but with a touch of kindness and professionalism that's hard to find elsewhere.

I’m so grateful to Kip and Brandy. I had previously hired a master plumber to do my tankless water heater. He did work not up to code and gave me a million excuses about my permit. After learning his work is why it would not pass and i applied pressure to him, he ghosted me after taking $6k of my money. I was looking for a mechanical contractor who is legally permitted to work on this and that’s where Kip comes in. He not only took the job, but did an amazing job. I’m forever grateful to them!

Technician Jay was very professional and personable. He replace our faulty thermostat with an up-graded one and made sure everything (including the humidifier) was working properly.

Jay and Kip came out because our furnace was not working. They were very nice and very helpful and figured out the issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend Kip and team at Pendleton Heating & Cooling! When we bought our house, we inherited all the great work Kip had already done with Furnace Doctors both installing the house's furnace and hot water heater. The previous owner kept meticulous records of maintenance and install, and we continued that with Kip and team. They are on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely use these guys for all your heating and cooling needs!

Our AC was fast cycling and we thought we’d need to replace the AC. Kip came out, found the source of the problem actually being within the furnace and was able to troubleshoot down the malfunctioning part. Brandy gave us a full explanation of our options with quotes on what each route would run and entail. After we selected our path, they were quick to get the parts ordered and had everything fixed and running smoothly. They definitely made sure everything was taken care of and done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any kind of HVAC work done!

Kip and Brandy at Pendleton Heating & Cooling serviced both of my properties furnaces, and we're great to work with. They went above and beyond cleaning and tuning everything, and we're awesome to work with. I highly recommend them!

We had a burst pipe from a freeze in a section of the house we were remodeling. We were traveling and hard to reach. Our contractor recommended and contacted Pendleton, and they came out and did the repairs promptly, plus installed several shut-off valves so we could isolate any future breaks in the baseboard heating system without losing all access to water. The work was done after hours on a weekend and was a very long day for Jay, the technician -- he left the house after 9:00 p.m. It was a relief to be able to come home to a functioning and warm house. Everything was neat and secure. Brandy in the office kept us informed of progress and status while we were on the road, and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was as positive an experience as anyone could have under the circumstances. The next time we need heating service, we know who to call.

Super easy to schedule my service appointment with almost immediate availability offered due to a recent cancellation. Kip was on time, pleasant, and polite and explained that my secondary concern with the blower would likely be remedied with the tune-up I had requested, but if not, he would troubleshoot afterwards. Sure enough, everything was in excellent working order after the cleaning and tune-up! I appreciate the honesty and while he certainly added “be sure to give us a call” when it comes time to replace my furnace, he didn’t give some doomsday report regarding my furnace’s age and try to convince me it was time to upgrade. Overall great service from a company I feel I can trust.

Kip & Brandy are absolute lifesavers! We recently had an emergency when temps were very low and our pipes burst. They knew we were under a tight time line to get things fixed and came through when we were desperate for their help. They were very kind, accommodating, professional, and effective. Absolutely recommend their services and are grateful to them both.
