They are amazing. Very professional they put in a new furnace for me. Have maintained it yearly. They also put a new exhaust vent on my house. And it looks great! I'd recommend if you have any HVAC needs, consider using this company.

I had to have maintenance done to my furnace. Due to a medical scheduling conflict, I had to have the service later in the day. Everyone was so helpful on scheduling a day and time that worked. Kip took care of everything that needed to be done with the furnace and gave me some great advice regarding heating. Thank you!

We have used Pendleton Heating and Cooling for Maintenence of our air conditioner and furnace for many years and have been very happy with the service. Kip the owner was the one that came each time and always did a terrific job. His knowledge and professionalism is top tier. I give high recommendations!

We recently had our fireplace inspected and our steam humidifier serviced, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Our technician, Kip, was incredibly professional, personable, and arrived promptly within the scheduled window. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process from the initial booking call to the final handshake extremely easy. We highly recommend Pendleton Heating & Cooling!

If I can give no stars, I would. Kip is very rude and unprofessional. They charged extra and did NOT fix the issue. We tried calling back to see if we could get it fixed and they were very demeaning and unorganized. Terrible pricing, communication, customer service, and just overall knowledge of HVAC in general. From working with Kip, I honestly have no idea how he has these reviews and want to warn anyone else when they are looking for a dependable repair company.

Kip serviced my furnace when the heat wasn't working and charged over $100 to tell me to get the cheapest filters I could and then he placed a new filter in upside down. After getting these new filters and doing all the things he recommended, the heat was still not working. When I called, he said that he didn't want to come out and service me again (because I asked too many questions haha) and that there was nothing he could do. I called another professional in who just had to dust off the flame sensor (and said its just wiping off some dust so no extra payment necessary) and my heat started working again, no need for the filter change.

Kip was very rude, unprofessional, and in the end, took over $100 from me for terrible (and incorrect) service, and when I called a week later, told me he couldn't service me anymore. I would be weary when working with him.
