We had Pendleton Heating & Cooling come out to do an inspection and check on our unit after we had some other electrical work done in our house. The electrician said something may not be connected correctly and recommended Kip to come and check it out. We scheduled with Brandy and Kip came out and worked his HVAC magic. I’m not an HVAV professional but he is and he definitely knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them and tell all my friends or any other posts I see about Pendleton. Will use them again for sure!

I've been with this company for over 25 years. Kip has maintained the outstanding service that I have come to depend upon. Over the years I've replaced my aging furnace, my water heater and my air conditioning system. All were painlessly installed and are working fabulously. I purchased a service contract because I wanted to have the best possible maintenance of my HVAC equipment. Now Kip comes every six months to inspect and service them. Kip is very conscientious and an expert at his work. I highly recommend Kip and Pendleton Heating and Cooling!

As an owner of a local, small company myself I can’t say I leave Google reviews often, but I just had to rave about this one. Brandy (the owner and scheduler of the company and I’m sure much more) is so kind, helpful, sincere and honest. Kip (her husband, also owner and the certified HVAC technician) came by my place to make sure my simple fix was just that, and nothing more problematic. Not only did they help me, but they showed, and educated me on the problem to help from it reoccurring in the future. Most people would charge an arm & a leg to do so and not tell you what they did to fix it. As a woman who likes to take initiative on her own this was important to me. 10/10⭐️

On time, thorough work, leaves area clean, catches unexpected errors, gives useful advice to keep system running well and lasting longer. I like that I can set the automatic payment to keep the bill down and get a discount on any repairs and upgrades. It's a reasonable rate, too.

Brandy and Kip exemplify integrity! This power couple is very responsive, professional, and always make sure you get the service you need, and does NOT sell you on things you don’t need. They do a quick, efficient job every time, and will follow up with you to make sure everything is maintained appropriately. I didn’t expect to get an education on how everything worked, and they explain it very simply. 11/10 would recommend!

Pendleton Heating and Cooling provided us with fast, exceptional service when our AC called it quits. Brandy got us on the schedule right away and Kip quickly diagnosed the problem and got it back it up and running in a lot less time and for a lot less money than we were expecting! He was honest and knowledgeable. Brandy and Kip are both wonderful people and great at what they do. 20/10 highly recommend!!

Kip always does a thorough and quick job of his semi-annual furnace inspections. Hid office (wife) calls semi-annually to schedule our service. She is also very efficient.
His wife and Kip are always friendly and helpful.
