Fantastic service! They were able to get us an appointment first thing Monday morning after our heat had gone out over the weekend. After a quick and detailed explanation from their technician, Tim, he was able to get parts ordered and come back that afternoon to get our furnace running again. Will definitely be using them again!

I had a really good experience with SoCo heating and cooling. They were great about keeping me informed on arrival times. Trevor is a very personable and knowledgeable technician and got my furnace repaired in a timely manner.

We recently purchased a new A/C unit & furnace and are very pleased with the result. We worked with Phil as our point of contact and the install crew of Kyle and Brad. All of these gentlemen were friendly, courteous and answered all of our questions as well as thoroughly explaining the new system and how to operate it. We also had the ducts cleaned and the AeroSeal duct sealing done. Billy and Nathan were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. All in all we have been very happy with SoCo Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them whether for repairs or new installs.

Aaron was our technician and he was awesome! He went above and beyond for us and got our A/C in good working order for the summer. Came out the same day I called for a diagnostic appointment and took great care of us. Professional and extremely personable. Definitely recommend SoCo Heating & Cooling and their Cozy Club for dedicated customers.

When I got my quotes from SoCo, they let me know that they would not be the cheapest option around... and after getting several quotes, they were actually the most expensive. However, I was impressed by the level of professionalism of both gentlemen I interacted with for quotes, Mark and Phil. They were more professional than any other company I interacted with. After thinking on it, my wife and I decided when you are spending thousands of dollars anyway, it really isn't the time to be cheap. I didn't want a company that would do shoddy work for less money. I can say with confidence that you get what you pay for with these guys. They seem to understand that a relationship with the customer is more important than a one time sale. I will update my review if that ever changes.

The installers were on time and I have never seen two guys work harder than my installers, Kyle and Clint. These guys had a small, complicated space to work in and they pivoted quickly to meet our needs when we went ahead and decided to purchase a new furnace at the last minute. This was after they patiently answered our questions without pressuring us into anything. They informed and allowed us space to make a decision. We had an A/C, Furnace, and Humidifier installed and my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. When we had a small drain issue, the company sent someone back out to fix it the very next morning.

I give this company 5/5 stars for quality and professionalism, but with this one caution sticker: the price tag.

EDIT: they actually saw my review and called me. They talked to us and actually sent someone out to do the repairs. We paid for the part and we’re actually really happy with the service. They didn’t argue with us about how they were right and we were wrong they simply said sorry and made sure the repairs were understood. The guy that came was really nice, professional and yeah. Things happen I’m just happy we got a repair. They actually went above and beyond expectations with ensuring the experience was good. We’re jut happy for repairs.

Original review: Yesterday we called to get the fan motor on our heater repaired and the tech refused to do the work. He simply looked at the unit, said it’s old, and said he would replace it but not even put an attempt to a repair. We still had to pay 130 for him to come in and refuse to repair our unit.

We said we wanted the fan repaired or we wanted him to leave and he chose to leave. He wanted to sell us an 8,000 dollar brand new unit and did not care about our own needs. I feel like I have been scammed.

Erik and Alejandro installed a new furnace for me today. Their customer service, expertise and willingness to educate me about the process and product, and their work quality was superb! They were very personable, and ensured that I was happy with the product. I cannot recommend SOCO highly enough, and these two particular employees did a fantastic job.

Russ came out recently on Black Friday to give me an estimate for a few different services. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was great to work with to get our projects going.
Billy and Nathan came out today to do my duct cleaning. They were efficient and really flexible in working around the e-learning and work from home going on around the house. Really enjoyed having them in my home.
Ben and Devin came out today too to install a home humidifier and air purifier. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They explained the new installation in detail and left the work area very clean and tidy.
SoCo always does a great job for me and I make it a priority to be a part of their cozy club.

I have used SoCo Heating and Cooling twice in the last month. The first time to repair my heater. The second to clean out my ducts. They were affordable and professional. The process to get an appointment was super easy. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them an 11. Billy & Nathan were on time and explained the duct cleaning process. I couldn't believe what I saw when they opened my intake vent. From this point forward this company is my go-to for my furnace and air-conditioned.

Had a new furnace installed after our original broke. From quote to completed install took less than 1 week. Kyle and Devin did a great job on the installation. They were able to answer all my questions and adapted the installation to meet my requests on where things were run or mounted. Kyle spent time teaching me how to use the new thermostat as well as getting it all setup and linked to the app. Kyle and Devin even went out of there way to give attention to our 8 month old puppy. Great service from very skilled and professional technicians.

We had SOCO install our furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier over the last 18 months. Every time has been great service. Prices were up front and honored at all times, even when I lost the quote paperwork.

Mitch has serviced our system twice now. Today I was late getting to my appointment time but he was on time. As always he is polite, professional and honest while quick in his work.

We found this company because our AC stopped working at the beginning of this year. The guy they sent over to look at the equipment was great. He got us back up and running and gave us a quote for some other work we needed done.
A couple weeks later we decided to replace our furnace and get our ducts cleaned and sealed. We shopped around a bit from different companies but SOCO was by far the best and would complete all the work in two days. All of the guys were so nice and super helpful. They completed the work in a day and a half and walked us through everything they installed. The guys were sure to clean up after the install and the equipment has been running great.
We highly recommend SOCO heating and cooling. Also their cozy club membership has been worth the money!

We had a SoCo technician at our home today. DJ was absolutely professional, great attitude, great service and offered some great recommendation to be considered. Not once did he push a sale. Rather he took the time to explain in non technical terms what and why he was making the recommendations. This is not the first time SoCo has exceeded our expectations and it is the reason we are a Cozy Club member and a loyal valued customer. Their Service, Attitude, Reliability, Quality and Timeliness are far beyond what a customer expects. These principles are what make SoCo the best service company in the greater Colorado Springs area.

SoCo always does a great job. They are good about safety and honest about repairs. Nathan and Shaun did a duct cleaning on the home we recently purchased. The ducts were very dirty but they did a great job cleaning and making sure not to leave any mess behind. The office employees do a great job with communication.

SoCo installed our new HVAC system last year and we have LOVED it. They were incredibly helpful in helping us decide, and very reasonably priced. Today we had a routine maintenance perform, and the technician Wayne was AMAZING. Serviced our system, and found that we had developed a gas leak! He stayed later than expected to fix the leak, preventing us from getting our gas turned off for safety, and thankfully he found it before it harmed my family. Love SoCo, couldn't recommend them more.

SoCo stepped in when another company failed to complete the furnace installation. Our initial questions were answered honestly and professionally, and the appointment was scheduled timely.
Aaron, was our technician. He was absolutely fantastic. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to get all systems functioning correctly and explained their operations. GREAT experience!!

SoCo serviced our furnace about a year ago, and Phil did a great job keeping the old girl kicking longer than one might anticipate. I appreciated how Ben talked us through the initial estimate, and the service, details, and patience Mitch provided when it was time to make the replacement this spring. As other reviewers have pointed out, SoCo is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and a good community business. As COS grows, these kinds of businesses are harder to find, so I truly appreciate that Ben, Christy, and their team rank customer service as a high priority.

This was my first experience with SoCo Heating and Cooling, and I was very impressed with Jacob, our technician. He was extremely professional, friendly, and on-time. He did an exceptional job inspecting and cleaning our furnace, and also provided good advice on installing a humidifier system. I also recommend signing up for their "Cozy Club." My daughter recommended I call SoCo after receiving a very high estimate for another company. My water heater needed to be replaced, and she had used SoCo just a few months ago for the same service. I called SoCo as soon as they opened, and they had someone out to my house for an estimate before 9 am the same day! Wayne was very thorough, and even confirmed that I did need a new water heater. Billy and Dan were scheduled to come to my house between 1 - 3 pm that same afternoon! Billy called me at 12:15 pm and said he was on the way and would be there in about 15 minutes! Billy and Dan did a terrific job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They cleaned up the mess so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! The estimate is exactly what I was charged, which was a little over $1,000 LESS than what the other company quoted me. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing and heating services!

I have been so happy since we have found SoCo! Wonderful group of people. Service is exceptional, friendly, and fast. Recently we had a air conditioning unit go down and Kendra was great over the phone. Chris came out same day to diagnose the issue. We ended up having to order a new unit. Ordered on a Friday and installed on a Tuesday! Our installers Tyler and Trey were awesome as well. Very nice and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly. Can not recommend this company enough!!

We have worked with SoCo Heating and Cooling for 3.5 years and are always so impressed with their work, the professionalism and friendliness of all their employees. In the last month and a half we have had our furnace checked, quote for a new one, and just had the new furnace and water heater installed. Wayne, Ross, Kyle, Brad, Kendra, and Christy were all incredibly helpful in this process! Will continue to recommend to others.
