We had an issue with our furnace that led to a blown fuse. The technician found that two safety systems had been incorrectly wired by the original installer, which caused the problem. He re-wired the system effectively. From now on, I plan to have all maintenance done by a reliable service. When the same issue arose again, Mike came out to help trace the problem. Since he had already worked on our furnace, he was able to diagnose the issue more quickly this time. He found a small scrape on the insulation that exposed the wire slightly, which could have caused intermittent arcing that led to the blown fuse. We hope this was the cause, as it would mean no need for extensive rewiring between the air handler and the heat pump. This service call was provided at no charge. I appreciate the help and look forward to many more years of great service.

We worked directly with the owner of ThermaCare Heating & Cooling for a complete upgrade of our 28-year-old HVAC system and water heater. He conducted a thorough evaluation of our home before ordering the new system, which was very helpful. He quickly ordered the equipment to avoid any supply chain delays. When he arrived, he was punctual and respectful of our home, wearing booties and using drop cloths to keep everything clean. The entire installation was finished in just a day and a half, and it’s working wonderfully. He even pre-manufactured the necessary ductwork in his shop, which saved time during installation and fit perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend their services.
