If your windows are dirtier than your search history, call Choi. Fast, friendly, and so good it’s like your glass disappears. My house went from “ugh” to “oh dang!” in one visit. 5 stars, would let him squeegee again.

The legend returned: He put up my Christmas lights in December and crushed it. Fast, detail-oriented, and those things are up there super secure and super pretty. Reasonable price, zero stress. 5 stars, would let him climb my house again. 🎄✨

Pro Clean may be good at cleaning carpets but they are not good with water remediation. I hired Pro Clean to remove water and mud from my basement on July 24. They deemd the project complete by July 27. There was still mud everywhere. Futhermore, the moisture level seemed abnormal and excessive according to my tenant. The manager in charge, Joe, claimed that my tenant was "making a big deal." Nevermind that Joe nor anyone else at Pro Clean tested the moisture level. Upon my disappointment, Pro Clean did backflips to get the job done right and to appease me. However, even the second chance fell short : I tested moisture in dry wall, not Joe, and it was still 30%+ wet along one wall. He wanted to do more to make things right. By this time, I no longer trusted that Joe and his team could competently complete the job. I hired another firm to finish the job. I relayed all this to Joe. He actually asked me if I was trying to get out of paying the invoice balance! Obviously not if I hired another firm to finish the job. He claimed that the other firm would be "thousands of dollars". Actually, Pro Clean and the new firm were the same price. The only difference being that Pro Clean did not competently complete the job. The new Company at least teasted the moisture level first thing. I proposed paying half of the unpaid balance to reflect that I was not getting what I was being charged for. He threatened to put a lien on my property. Then he wanted to bring a third party to test the moisture level. Of course, I am not going to let mold build up waiting on that. I finally paid Pro Clean just to go away. The new company came in and is finshing the job.
