Our basement flooded on a Saturday and my wife called Pro Clean. Joseph came out within a half hour and was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and quick to assess the damage. The young man, Cory, who came on the service call was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend whatever time was necessary to answer our questions. Pro clean was very helpful and provided an amazing service when no other company would show up. A couple weeks ago my house flooded due to rain and I called Servpro, they told me they were on their way and 4 hours later they still hadn't shown up. I called Pro clean around midnight and they showed up within 30 minutes. They extracted standing water from my carpeted basement, set up equipment and checked on it everyday to make sure the moisture was gone. They even stretched and cleaned my carpet afterwards. The price was unbeatable, they even worked with me on the price since my insurance wasn't going to cover it. Joe, the manager, was amazing very professional and friendly. I'd recommend Pro clean for water damage any day, they did an outstanding job!

My downstairs & laundry area flooded in the middle of the night. I contacted Proclean & the owner Joe came out right away to get started cleaning up all the water damage & began restoring my home. Pro Clean did an awesome job taking care of my home. I had water damage from a leak in our water heater but Pro Clean showed up in a timely manner, were very professional, and made sure to set up all the equipment needed to dry up the place. They followed up with me to make sure I was happy with their work- I appreciate when businesses do that. Lastly, they offered honest advice and did not try to talk me into more expensive options that I did not truly need (which most businesses do).

We have had Pro Clean for a few years now. We are very happy with their carpet cleaning service. Their prices are good. They sent a new person name Cory. Very professional and is very detailed. He will also provide feedback on the wear and tear of your carpet. I would recommend Cory for you next cleaning.

The technician was on time, professional, and efficient. He finished my entire house and my couch very quickly and did a great job. We had a few large stains that another carpet cleaning company said wouldn't come out, and their service was able to get all of the stains out with no problems. We were able to use a coupon, so it was a great price. I would recommend this service to anyone with stubborn stains.

This was a commercial job and was very impressed. Being a law firm appearance is really important not only did we need the carpets cleaned but we needed areas of our carpet stretched we had spots that needed repaired as well. Mr. Zoorob and his team did a great job. I had to entrust them with the building for the weekend and came back into work on Monday with all our employees commenting on how nice the carpets looked the building smelled clean and the areas of the carpet that needed stretched and repaired you couldn't even tell there was issues before. I would recommend Pro Clean to any of my other cooperate colleagues and to personal friends and family.
