Posting under my granddaughter's account as I wanted to be sure everyone knows my thoughts on the recent carpet cleaning. The carpets were really dirty and a naughty pup left some spots. Pat treated my home with respect. He made sure he understood what I needed done, and did the job the right way without wasting time. No mess of any kind. I will certainly call on him again, and would recommend him to anyone. Mary W.

Patrick came out and did a carpet clean for one of our customers when another company tried to clean it before and said it was a loss. Not only did he get over to the house within a few days, but he was able to save the carpet from the damage the original company made and get the stains out. He went above and beyond by cleaning the whole floor, not just the stains so that it was even in look throughout the whole area. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in town. He is very knowledgeable about the fibers he is working with and what chemicals to use not to damage the dye in them.

Pat was awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable about his profession, and is able to give you realistic expectations on what to expect from his services. We asked him to clean 2 rooms and a hallway because of cat pee, and now you can't even tell we have a cat. He even went as far as searching with a black light for urine, treating those areas very thoroughly, and even helping me move furniture around so he can get everything cleaned. I will absolutely be contacting him again in the future

Patrick was great to work with! He was punctual, timely, and reasonable in price. Great customer service. There were just a couple of areas that took a little longer than expected to get dry. But other than that, we were very happy with the finished product.

Working with a canine rescue, our carpets get dirty - FAST! We had some pups with parvo & needed our carpets cleaned the same day. Zak came out pretty late, from around 7-10 & made sure everywhere was deep cleaned & looking brand new. He was extremely nice & easy to talk to. He also explained everything he was doing & worked around my crazy toddler. I would 100% recommend them for ANYONE that’s needing their house cleaned.

Patrick came to our house today and cleaned our king size mattress and cleaned our recliner. He did an amazing job and very thorough with his work. We will be having back in the spring to clean my Jeep interior and to shampoo our carpets. If you need anything done in your house he’s your go to guy. Thanks again for all of your help

Wow! Patrick did an amazing job on our couch! We have an Airbnb and someone had gotten red candy powder on our new couch! We called Believe That Cleaning immediately and he was able to get us taken care of same day. Very helpful, honest and very responsive! The couch came out immaculate!! I called on Good Friday at 9am and explained my dilemma to them. I had a child that was sick the night before and the carpet needed immediate attention. Within 1 hour I had 2 employees that were so good and quick. They actually got out a stain that had been there for a long time that nobody else could remove. Patrick and his son came out today to clean our couch set. They were both kind and very personable and their work was top notch!! I love that it's a family owned, local business! We'll definitely recommend them to others, and will be using them again in the future!

I initially had Patrick out to replace padding and stretch, reattach, and clean an area of our lower level carpeting after a water loss. Upon arrival and inspection of the damage, he discovered the repair could not be completed due to the carpet had delaminated because of the water loss and walked us through the steps of what we would need to do to successfully obtain replacement carpeting. He said once we had the carpet, he would come back and seam the necessary piece into place in addition to the originally scheduled work. Patrick’s detailed instructions helped us navigate the frustrating process of obtaining the carpet. When Patrick return to complete the work, he gave us a couple repair options and in the end the repair came out perfectly. Patrick goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are serviced in the best way possible. I highly recommend Believe That for your carpet service needs.

The owner of the company, Patrick, came out to clean our carpet this evening. I didn’t realize the company was owner operated, even better. It was a great price, and the carpet is like new! Patrick was recommended by our realtor. He told us, “this guy is the carpet whisperer!” Patrick also repaired a spot on the carpet where it was pulling away from the linoleum. Very impressed with his flexibility on hours, too. We needed the carpet cleaned after normal business hours the same week, and he fit us in. Highly recommend!

I called them last minute Thursday morning at 8:30am and explained my dilemma to them. I left my dog Uber ugh home alone while I worked a 12 shift. She got sick all over the carpet from both ends and she not a small dog…it needed immediate attention. All though he had a full schedule he reworked his time to be able to come that afternoon. They were very efficient and quick. Stains removed and no smell at all! I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them to come back and do the rest of my house. The price was very responsible and fair. He offers a military and first responders discount which I thought was great of him. I won’t be using anyone else!

Patrick and his son took care of the pet stains and dirt that have been building up in my carpets. I was amazed by how clean my carpets now look and smell. I had a carpet cleaner scheduled to come out but due to incoming snow they cancelled last minute. I called Patrick and he has such a kind hard a good work ethic and he stepped in and he does such a wonderful job and he is so reasonable priced. I guarantee you that you can't find better service better pricing and just a darn right better guy. He is the best!!!!
