Pat came and cleaned our stairs along with a hallway after our pets had a couple of accidents. We were able to get the carpet cleaned right away and I was worried that the smell wouldnt be able to be removed but pat is a miracle worker. The smell is gone and the carpet is refreshed. This is hands down the best service and best price I've ever paid to have my carpet cleaned. I will always use this company and recommend them from now on do yourself a favor and hire pat to clean your carpets, just look at all the positive reviews!!!! You will not be disappointed!! Great people with a great business!!

I was truly blessed yesterday and today when I called Believe That Carpets & Upholstery Cleaning. I watched a pitbull puppy for 5 days and he proceeded to stain my carpets to where I had lost hope of them ever looking decent again. I was referred to Believe That Carpets and was quoted the unbelievable price of $80. I am sure everyone is experiencing hardship right now and I am no exception. Patrick and his son arrived earlier than scheduled and proceeded to clean the LR/DR, stairway, hallway and my bedroom. When it was time for me to get my checkbook, Patrick stopped me and gifted me an elegant box of Too Good Gourmet Almond Tea Cookies and a Thank You Card from his wife Patty.

Patrick said that every now and then he "gifts" a carpet cleaning to a worthwhile or needy household. He said it is his way of paying it forward.
I was speechless. It reaffirms for me there are angels disguised as ordinary folk helping when we need it.

Patty also wrote me the most wonderful Thank You Card enclosing some money to use towards anything you're needing".

I can never pay Patrick and Patty and their son for the kindness they have shown me. I can only try to pay it forward as they have done. I was truly blessed today.

Pardon me for adding this new review to an old one. I couldn’t figure out how to do it properly.

Patrick came through for me in my time of need. I had several animals since I last had the privilege of using Believe That Carpets. I won’t go into the details of my pets but I am left with only a senior cat.

Needless to say my carpets were pretty disgusting. Patrick rescued me once again and in time for my hip surgery. He was efficient and so helpful.

I can’t thank him enough. Make “Believe That Carpets” your first call.

I will use this service anytime I need carpet cleaning or upholstery... or really any service they offer because Patrick was so amazing!!! I called to ask for same day cleaning, he seemed very busy so I felt bad, but he made it happen and was able to squeeze me in his crazy schedule to clean my couch. Very professional and my couch looks AND smells amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Patrick is absolutely amazing! Everytime I call him, he is either on-time or let's me know he can be early if I would like. He always remains extremely professional and does an excellent job at removing pet odor! He has cleaned area rugs, couches, and carpets for us all at an excellent rate. He is very knowledgeable and hard working, and will do anything to make sure his customers are happy once he leaves!

Absolutely fantastic! Recently had my large sectional and area rug cleaned, and the results are incredible. They look and smell amazing! The entire customer service experience, from scheduling to the service and departure, was top-notch. Patrick, the service provider, was exceptionally professional and kind. They did a great job stretching and steam cleaning our living room carpet for a reasonable price earlier this week. Very satisfied. Plan to call them again when we steam clean the rest of our carpets next year. Highly recommend!

I found this company on Facebook. Checked it on on the WEB! It had a lot of positive reviews. I contacted them and they setup a time and date quicker than I expected!! I had to change my service date at the last minute and they were very kind, understanding and rescheduled quickly without any concerns. Patrick called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly. He listened to me and then they got busy. They cleaned my recliner and when I asked for them to move it to do the carpet underneath, it was not a problem. I also got my kitchen and entry way tiles clean and was quite satisfied. They were pleasant, quiet, careful and got the job done in a timely manner!! The price was right!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Believe that cleaned my sectional and two throw rugs and they did a great job. Everything looks fresh and clean and the price was the best I could find. Happy to write this review and I will be calling them back when I need work done again.

Patrick and Patty are outstanding and always have provided exceptional service. Today they went above and beyond, and came as soon as they could to help me clean up after my precious dog died at 🏡 home. More than that, they paid kindness forward and didn't even charge.

We have been calling Patrick up for a couple of years now whenever we need couches or carpets cleaned (kids and dogs). This last time, he came and cleaned a secondhand couch we bought that had some really persistent smells. He came back for a second visit with a different solution when the first cleaning didn't fully remove the smell. Patrick and Patty are the dream team. They go above and beyond, and we greatly appreciate them!

Patrick did a great job for us. We called him because he was highly rated by "Best in the Springs". Our carpets were less than a year old but you could certainly see the difference when he finished. He came back the next day and made our old faux leather furniture look almost brand new. And this was all done at a much cheaper price than other carpet cleaners in the Springs. We will have no hesitation in calling Patrick when we need carpet cleaning done again.

Im pretty disappointed I got scheduled to have my couch cleaned at 9 so I took off from my morning routine to stay home and get it cleaned I received a phone call about half an hour later stating he was going to be a little later which was okay I was thinking he had to be only 5-10 minutes away since he was already running late. I finally called the person who was on his way at 9:50 to cancel which he then stated his mom would give me a discount for the inconvenience, which was awesome news but when they called they just wanted to reschedule me and didn’t show any compassion for my wasted time this morning. They seem to have great pricing and I understand things happen but as a business I think it’s good to try and make things right, especially if you want repeat sales! We love supporting local businesses but it’s hard when it can be like this.

Patrick just cleaned our carpets and they really took their time. They were very friendly as well! It was not rushed like I have had done in the past by previous companies. They did a great job. We will be having him come back to do upholstery cleaning on a couch when we move. Highly recommend them!
