These guys are a rip off. I had someone come out to clean my business for a few months, and almost every time my storefront windows were aweful. Not surprisingly, always a different guy cleaning and they always seem high. After several complaints, the GM guy Terry comes out and even though he says he can see what I'm mad about, he says he can't reimburse the last few cleanings because it's on a case by case basis - and because "his majesty" only came out this once to investigate, he was only going to credit us for that week ...Needless to say, I stopped using them.

Love these guys! They clean the windows on our commercial building once a quarter. We never have to remind them, they simply show up and do a great job. Would definitely recommend them!

After 10 years of being a loyal customer to this business, I now cannot even get a call back to schedule an cleaning. And I don't need an estimate; I need $300 of window cleaning! I called 4 days ago, no response at all, just rang and rang. Then I called again at 4 pm and received an answering service to whom I requested that a scheduler return my call. Nothing, crickets. I called again today to speak with a manager and again received someone at an answering service who " assured" me that someone would get back with me. That was 12 hours ago. I'm listing a 5000 sq ft house in10 days so I don't have until August for you to get your heads out of your asses and return a business call. My husband and I have both owned our own businesses so I get it, but you guys don't. Be careful, my friends, social media is harsh mistress.
