First time using Premier Carpet Cleaning and I will absolutely use them again! Excellent attention to detail and incredibly helpful and through! Our carpets looks like new again! We had our carpet stretched. Tevin and Wes worked in tandem in our 5 different rooms to make the carpet look back to new. They moved the furniture and stretched the carpet so that it is tight and the awful wrinkles are gone. The vacuumed after they were done and made sure we were happy with the results. I would recommend them for your carpet stretching needs.

Premier carpets did an awesome job. Taking care of my carpet cleaning needs. They were prompt on time and very professional. Ethan, the premier Employee did an awesome job was very professional kind and courteous.

Brandon with premier did an excellent job of getting a doggy accident stain out of my carpet. The carpet looks brand new, smells fresh and clean and honestly, I cannot tell that anything ever happened to it. Brandon was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are the only company I will ever call
for help with my rugs.

Wes did a fantastic job on our carpet. It needed stretching, Wes found some problems and corrected them. He went above and beyond to make our carpet like new again.

I noticed that the premier carpet cleaning truck was parked at one of my neighbors. I needed my carpet cleaned so i called to make an appointment. Very friendly, easy satisfying. Day of my appointment Randy (Technician) texted half hour before with his photo and that he was on his way. Was punctual, friendly, very professional. It took him about two hours, but he made sure that my concerns were met. my carpet is very light colored all the stains had been removed everything looked great to me. I would highly recommend premier carpet cleaning they are very experience and professional

My carpet looks so amazing clean and smells fresh. The black light freaked me out so many stains from my pets I didn’t know about . I will keep this service yearly from now on . I’ll call Premier .

The MOST EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I had known to use them even sooner! The first phone call was extremely friendly, polite and most of all informative! My house it situated on a steep hill with no driveway and limited access… they were happy to accommodate.

When Randy first showed up he came with a fantastic attitude about adding extras on (even though I was his last cleaning for the day). He really went above and beyond, even helped me move some really heavy furniture from one side of the bedroom to another.

I was worried we might need new carpets, but he used his magic and they look brand new again.

The upholstery has never looked better!!

This was our second time using Premier and will 100% use again for future cleaning. Joscelin D. did an outstanding job today and paid attention to detail, even finding spots we didn’t know were there! With having pets, we like to have the carpet cleaned yearly. With premier, this is an affordable and attainable goal. Highly recommend for routine or tough jobs!

Randy from Premier Carpet did an incredible job stretching and cleaning the carpet in a townhouse we own. It looked like waves of the sea before he started and now looks like new. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient as well as being a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

10/02- Brandon Farmer is the professional carpet cleaner that serviced my house. We had two rooms cleaned and he was very meticulous with the cleaning. He is very professional and the quality of work was amazing!

10/04- Edit: we did another service with them a few days later. They cleaned the stairs and stretched the carpet in two rooms. Brandon did amazing work. Posted below is pictures of the before and after. We will recommend them to anyone that needs carpet service!

INCREDIBLE! Wesley is fantastic, he repaired a hole in the carpet from pet damage. I can’t even tell where the hole was after he fixed it. He’s so friendly and personable, Premier is a great company! We will use him if anything else happens. I’ve attached the before and after, it’s unbelievable how great the carpet looks now.

Tevin went over and above in his professionalism and care. My old carpet looks as good as new. I was kept up to date on every aspect of care from appointment time to cleaning.

I definitely would use Premier again and recommend them to others.

We had an area rug taped down to the den carpet for ten years. The tape left a gummy residue that Cory was able to remove quite nicely. It did take a few hours; I appreciated the straightforward estimate and the honest expectations. Will call again and recommend!

Adam just came this morning and cleaned my carpet and fronts of my sofa from my daughter's cats peeing. He told me everything I needed to know about the process and did an amazing job! He was fast but thorough. Definitely recommend!!!!

Daniel and Tyler did a carpet and grout cleaning for our new home before move in. They were great to work with and did such a nice job. Our bathroom tile looked brand new after they cleaned it and we were so pleasantly surprised at how great the carpets looked too
