The BEST! We had such a great experience. Demetrius and Brandon were educational, professional, and detailed. We had carpet stretched in 3 rooms, and every room cleaned. They all turned out fantastic, and it smells so good!

I had an excellent experience with Ethan from Premier Carpet Cleaning. He was here all day completing our air duct, carpet, and tile cleaning, and he approached every part of the job with care and attention to detail. He was professional, pleasant, and exceptionally thorough. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to others.

The scheduled process is easy. The team is knowledgeable and very helpful. The technicians are professional and do superior work. It was a great experience! Ethan is amazing. Very thorough, polite, cheerful. He cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet, area rug, a sofa and four chairs for a very reasonable price. This is the second time he has come to my home (first was for dryer vent cleaning about a year ago). I took the opportunity when he was done to ask him a little bit about the company and he shared how they got started and spoke so highly of his employer. Always great to hear that. Will definitely be calling them again.

Randy came out to quote carpet repairs in several areas. He was able to do the repairs right then. You can not even tell where the repairs are made. Looks amazing and Cost was very reasonable! Randy truly is a magician!

The service was extremely overpriced for what was done. The technician stayed for about an hour, and both my carpet and my sofa showed no visible improvement after the cleaning. Considering I was charged $800, this was disappointing.

More importantly, once the technician arrived and saw the actual condition of the carpet and sofa — which clearly required less work and less time than what the original quote seemed to assume — I expected the price to be adjusted accordingly. Instead, the full amount was charged even though the job was much smaller and quicker than estimated.

I value my money, and in this case I feel the service did not match the price. If I had invested in a high-quality steam cleaner and paid my regular cleaning lady for an extra visit, I would have spent less and achieved better results.

I do not recommend this service based on the lack of value for the cost.

For the carpet, which I had clearly marked as a special material in the quote questionnaire, he cleaned it faster and less thoroughly than my regular cleaning lady does every two weeks. He didn’t move the coffee table to reach the area between the sofa and the table, and he didn’t clean under the sofa properly.

Great carpet cleaning service. Very professional and prices are reasonable for the excellent service provided. The technician was really friendly and gave me some trick and tips on how to remove stubborn stains from carpets.

Just AMAZING. We usually get our carpets done every year. We just got them done in Sep and our realtor recommended we get the carpets cleaned by Premier. Wow. Carpets look amazing for a 12 year old rug. The deep cleansing is an absolute need. We vacuum weekly and have had the carpets cleaned 2 x since our black lab crossed the rainbow bridge. Tevin pulled about 3 hands full of fur!! Highly recommend

We had our carpets cleaned in several areas. It was a last ditch effort to try to put off replacement. They are very old & have been around through 2 high schoolers & 2 grandchildren. Even though they will need to be replaced soon, Wes did an incredible job of giving them new life. He was able to restore them to a level we can live with for another year or two. In fact, when my husband came home, his comment was 'why couldn't the others do this?'. I would recommend Premier Carpet Cleaning to anyone. They are fantastic.

Randy cleaned our carpets last week, he is personable, professional, and took great care of our home, the carpets look amazing. He called to see if he could arrive half an hour early, which was great. He is meticulous, and shows great attention to detail. I recommend this company most highly, I’ve used them for years. The price is very reasonable and the work is outstanding.

Tevin was prompt and very professional. He explained everything he was about to do and was clear on how he would proceed with the cleaning. He was very neat and respectful of our home.After about an hour, he asked us to inspect his work. We are so delighted with the results! The high traffic area looks amazing. He also told us that the next Cleaning, because we used the protectant, will produce an even deeper cleaning.We will definitely be calling again. Very happy with his work.

I hired Premier Carpet Cleaning to clean my living room and stairs, and I couldn’t be happier. Wes the technician arrived exactly on time and was very professional. I was particularly worried about a few old pet stains, but he managed to get them out completely—the carpet looks brand new again. What impressed me was how extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable Wes was, a true professional! Also, the carpet was dry within 4 hours, and there was no harsh chemical smell. I recently had Adam T. clean the carpet in my townhome. The service was prompt and thorough. He also let me know the state my carpets were in as well as the level of dirt extracted. I appreciate the extra info. provided, and the carpet looks great, and my townhome smells clean and fresh!

Daniel came a few days ago and cleaned my parents carpet in their home. We had an accident on their carpet and they came out right away and cleaned and deodorized the carpet same day! The carpet looks great and Daniel took excellent care of my parents! We recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with professionals who have a sense of urgency.

Appointment for 11am, the offered to come a bit sooner which is awesome. Dallas came out and did a move in clean on our carpets. He did a great job! Was in and out in a timely manner for 3 bedrooms. He was patient and understanding that I have four kiddos running around. He explained the process to me, offered scent options and explained that the scent I chose was a potent one so I was pre-warned. Highly recommend!

Just had Adam T out to clean up after a major sewage back up in my home and he was SO professional and SO knowledgeable, he was able to come in, assess, and get my floors and bathroom back to absolute highest clean standards and I could not be more appreciative and grateful for him and the company at large. Super friendly, fast, thorough, easy to work with on scheduling and will definitely use them again in the future, hopefully just not for an emergency next time!
