Top notch service at a great price. Dan and Mike were sincere and genuinely kind guys. A pleasure to work with and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the quality of work....and I was. Dan even made it a point to be at both service visits while dealing with a health issue and that kind of dedication is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend them for any services they provide that you may need.

My preferred company was no longer in business, so I emailed a few companies. Old World responded right away with an estimate, and they were able to schedule me within a few days of getting the estimate.

I had some concerns about how the process could affect my indoor cats, and they addressed those concerns, assuring me that their process is pet-safe.

Brandon came out and did a thorough job. My carpets look great, and the place smells awesome. My cats walked on the carpets as soon as he was done, and they had no issues either.

I am overly impressed at how clean my carpets got; 4 kids, 6 pets and 10 years add up. Dev (cleaner) was quick, professional and polite. Definitely using them for my vents and mattresses.

Devlen is terrific. He showed up on time, was courteous, well spoken and very skilled. He did a great job on my carpet. I will ask for him early next year to do more cleaning.

Poor follow through on the tasks. Workmen played on the job, smoked, and ate. Foot prints visible on some windows. Poor response from the company on customer concerns. Poor professionalism. ( Summer 2019)
