Their communication throughout the entire process was clear and professional, and their expertise is truly unmatched. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone needing water damage cleanup or restoration.

Brad and the Creative Carpet team were great! We were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of reaching out. Our puppy had peed in the basement and our entire downstairs carpet needed a deep clean, our carpet looks like new! We will definitely use them again in the future.

One of the worst moments in my life happened when a pipe busted in my home in the middle of the night! AmeriDri's team came out and was one it. Prepared and experienced to handle the situation. These guys made an awful situation into a pleasant, and transparent one. I love the work, communication and professionalism this organization brought to such a horrible nightmare.

Mr. Stratman of AmeriDri Restoration reviewed our company online concerning a documented contract dispute regarding additional charges for corrective work performed after the original remediation failed within two days. The original contract was paid in full. An additional invoice was disputed in writing due to lack of a required estimate or change order and because the work addressed issues with the initial mitigation. Despite paying our invoice in full, Mr. Stratman publicly defamed our company for “non-payment” in an attempt to collect on a disputed transaction. As a general contractor, we prioritize transparency and adherence to contract terms in order to protect our customers, even when doing so results in disagreement or a negative review. We will always put our customers first! We regret doing business with AmeriDri Restoration.

Such a great experience for such a bad issue.
Tech came out within 24 hours of initial call.
Mitigation was started and completed within a week. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Reasonably priced. Great communication. Highly recommend

Brad did an awesome job! My carpets look better than they did when I moved in. He was able to get all the stains out and my house smells great! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Creative Carpet Care, and Restoration is an outstanding company! They focus on The best customer service from the call to make an appointment though the completion of the service provided. Matthew did A fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

I had Creative Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets, air ducts, and dryer vents. The communication to confirm and remind me of my appointment, as well as the technicians being on their way, was excellent! It's hard to tell the impact of the air ducts and dryer vent, but my carpets look great!

Brad did an excellent job on our carpeting and area rugs. There were several spots on both the area rugs and the carpeting and he managed to get them all up. In addition he was friendly and personable. We will definitely use Creative Carpet Care again.

Matthew Adam's from Creatice Carpet Care did an amazing job at being precise, detailed and careful. I am exceptionally happy with my service today and highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need . The vents are working beautiful now!

Yet again, another great carpet cleaning service by Creative Carpet Care. I will continue to use this company to get my carpets taken care of. The Techs are friendly and courteous, put pads out on the kitchen floor, protect the corners, so the hoses don't rub against them, and my carpets shine, with all spots disappearing and everything coming back to life again! Excellent service all the way around!!

We are so pleased with our entire experience with AmeriDri Restoration, Dylan came out the same day for a free estimate and they were able to begin work immediately after we accepted the bid. Daniel and George were quick but thorough. AmeriDri was so good to us, I’d give them more stars if I could.

I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet but decided to give cleaning a chance. They did an amazing job getting out stains and odor. They were fast, reliable, good communication, and great pricing.

Matthew and Angle did a fantastic job!! I had a tenant that moved out and had 3 cats living in the room. Mathew walked around with a black light and was able to find some cat pee spot in the corner of the room. When they where done with the carpet he went over it again with the black light and the spots were gone! Their was also a spot in the carpet that looked like something spilled im not exactly sure but it was gross looking and was hard and they were able to get that out of the carpet as well! The carpet smells so nice and clean and it feels so soft! I highly recommend them they are so nice and have great communication and listen to your concerns! Matthew and Angle were also just absolutely amazing!!! They also got it done in a good amount of time!! I will definitely be going through them when ever I need my carpets cleaned!!

I would say 10 stars. What an amazing job Brad did. My carpet looks like brand new. He did the most thorough job and I would recommend them to you all. I felt so comfortable. He is very kind, conscientious and take pride in his company and what he does. I actually told him to tell his parents what a fine gentleman they brought up. Requested inspection and potential service with a bathroom mold issue. Dylan Davis went out in a timely manner took care of everything and had photos and a report delivered as well. Great professional, helpful service. I completely recommend their company!
