Their bid was $525 but they charged me $700 because they said I didn't tell them about two small bedrooms when I requested the quote. The owner, Kevin, said he listened to the recording personally and the appointment setter said the same. They finally sent me the recording and it was clear as day- I said on the recording, "I have two small bedrooms." While they apologized for their error, they refused to credit me for their mistake. I am giving two stars instead of one because the do a good job and are polite, but I won't use them again. There are other Chem-Dry franchises in our area that are better priced and don't use bait-and-switch tactics.

Kevin and his company have been taking care of our carpets for a very long time. The service has always been very professional and leaves our carpets looking and smelling impeccable. We have used other companies previously but Chem Dry and Kevin are the best!!

Scott did an excellent job! He cleaned our hardwood floor kitchen, dining room and hallway, LVP in primary bath, tile in secondary bathroom and carpet in large primary bedroom and large living room. All surfaces are fresh and restored. Chem-Dry is the best company for this type of service.

I called Chem-Dry here in Colorado Springs because we had used the same company in the state we previously lived in and were very happy with the service and results. I spoke with Kevin about the carpet issues we were experiencing, and he was able to schedule us very quickly—which I really appreciated. Scott arrived on time and was extremely professional. I also liked how they confirmed the appointment and notified us when the technician was en route. We could not be happier with the experience. Thank you!

Angela was a doll and a pleasure to work with, she was efficient, detail oriented, and made sure to do whatever we needed as well as make suggestions to make this experience great for us. It's not often a company surprises me in a good way. The brother combo of Ben and Brad was a great 1-2 punch. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. From the very first visit to the final invoice, everything was exactly as they said it would be. My wife was worried there would be crunchy carpet when they were done and I'm happy to say that was not the case. The carpet got clean and stayed soft - no crazy residue. I was recommended Creative Carpet Care by a friend after she had used them in their own house. It was an amazing experience working with CCC from the beginning to the end. Angela especially made the estimate process very straight forward as well as very comfortable choosing them to work with. She went above and beyond when it came to explaining everything to us including pricing and what sets their company apart from others in the industry. It was a much more pleasurable experience versus the carpet company we used prior. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. Angela even followed up the very next day to see how everything went and to see what we thought of how they did There were a few spots that showed back up a few days after the job; however, as soon as I called again asking them about the spots, they had another appointment made within just a few days. I will absolutely use CCC again in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Starting at the beginning with Ms. Angela who did the estimate and scheduled my appointment, she was amazing and so sweet! The gentlemen who came to clean my carpets were on time, very friendly and they did an awesome job on our carpets. They got out stains and took their time on everything. I can’t say enough good things about creative carpet care! Angela responded so quickly and got out to do my estimate the next day! Also recommended someone to stretch our carpets and he was very quick to respond and come out to give me an estimate as well! Brad and Peter came early and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Ben & Brad came out to clean my carpets and an area rug today. The carpets were really gross in my rental house- heavy traffic patterns of deep dirt throughout- and they now look (and feel) spectacular! Angela was also fantastic on the phone with providing a thorough consultation beforehand. The best communication I have ever experienced with a service company. I am very pleased.
