Bait and switch. 1700 ft2 should never equate to $1k to clean. A job that takes an hour simply doesn’t justify $1k. Industry standard is $0.25-$0.50 a square foot so $425-$850. Was quoted the $871 online but once on site - it magically grew to over $1k. Decided not to go with their service and then came the “we charge $250 to give an estimate”. There’s no such fee (I read the disclaimer) and estimates are free. They then tried to claim there were "additional rooms" or that two flights of stairs were not selected or measures must have been off. The excuses were endless. I built this home, have a cleaning twice a year and am well aware of the number of rooms, how to measure square footage, and know the entire job only takes an hour or two to complete. Just save yourself the hassle, skip the chemicals and the entire headache to begin with.

The service person was very helpful and responded more than satisfactorily to our concerns and questions.

I will always use Kevin's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning Service. This was my third time. His son and Son-in-law, Trevor and Scott did the work this time.

The team from Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs did an incredible job on our fairly filthy carpets! We have multiple pets, and unfortunately, had some pet stains from them. We have had multiple other companies out to try to clean the carpets, and then I remembered Chem-Dry, having used them in the past in another state. We could not be happier with the results!! We will never go back to another carpet cleaner, these guys are truly the best in the business.

We have used them the last several years and enjoy every time. My carpet looks new again and smells great. Every spot we have had they have been be to get out. Even a bottle of spilt Italian dressing that had sat for a few months.

The BBB owner Kevin gave an accurate estimate for our carpet cleaning, and said upfront why his unique product and process was superior to the popular cleaners that charge one-half to one-third as much. ChemDry met the expectation, and more. I waited before writing this review to make sure, after drying, that spots didn’t re-surface. His two cleaners were professional and friendly. They completed the cleaning in the time that was estimated. I will definitely use ChemDry again and commend this company to my family and friends.

Extremely horrible pricing compared to the other competitors I was told because I have a smaller area to carpet cleaning they would do it for five times the amount if I had an entire house completely advised not to go with this company

Scott and Trevor were great from start to finish and my old terra cotta floors have never looked better. Highly recommended.

Chem-dry is amazing! I’ve used other carpet cleaners in the past, but decided to give Chem-dry a chance. They did not disappoint. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Our carpets look fantastic. We had one particularly worn area for which I was concerned. Even that area looks new! Can’t recommend Chemdry enough!

Trevor did an excellent job cleaning the grout in our kitchen. I had cleaned it in the past ( nowhere near as well) only for it to get grimy fairly quickly. Trevor put a sealant down after, so it should be much easier to maintain. Thanks for your hard work!

I’ve used other services and then I’ve used the best. “You get what you pay for”. Chem-dry gets the carpet clean when others are unable.

Pricey, but worth it if your objective is to get clean carpets.

Trevor H and Wesley C arrived on time, were absolutely the BEST - They gave their excellent professional treatment to my very old living room large couch, and it looks brand new!!! Then set up my fans, even vacuumed 2 outdoor chairs to place cushions there to dry. They are very pleasant, professional, excellent good guys - I recommend them and Chem-Dry to All. Thank you!! Kevin was upfront with pricing and let me know that the job could be done at my house. His son and a business partner worked an hour and a half bringing a stained 19 year old vehicle seats and arm rests to look like new. They were kind, informative, and thorough.

I’ve taken my Persian wool and silk carpet to ChemDry for years. I prefer their method of cleaning because my carpet seems to stay fresh longer.
