Their specialized rug platform cleans rugs on both sides thoroughly that can't be replicated by a portable machine. When we call for pickup they arrive promptly, and they accommodate any expedites we need. My favorite carpet cleaners! As a real estate agent, I refer these folks to many of my clients who are planning to sell. Too often folks get a carpet cleaning that makes it WORSE. Some carpet cleaners will bring up more odors, or have a bad odor from their equipment. Creative Carpet Care & Restoration gets out the stains you think are impossible. It is a truck mounted system and so it's very powerful. Call them before trying to do it yourself, and possibly making it worse. I have seen some clients mix the wrong products and create a worse situation. Also, these folks are excellent at removing pet stains and odors. You may be nose blind to it, but they can get it smelling clean, fresh, and brand new (without the chemical odors). And the best part, the owners are some of the nicest people you will find. Very community-oriented. They pray over their clients. They give back to the community (they helped sponsor a local Easter Egg Hunt), and they truly care. Highly, Highly recommend. They may not be your cheapest option, but they will get the job done right vs going with the cheap option and having to do it twice!

Brad squeezed us in early to accommodate our moving dates, and we had fresh, clean, and dry carpets before our furniture arrived. I had all sorts of different stains from children and animal accidents to unruly tenants. I just had them remove a melted chocolate stain. It's like it was never even there. My 88 year old mother wanted to host Thanksgiving this year so we needed to get the carpets cleaned. We have a couple of dogs and cats and although I clean the carpets regularly, it was time to have professionals tackle them! And professionals they are! Brad is friendly, conscientious and the carpets look and smell clean. It was lovely hosting Thanksgiving this year with one less thing to worry about!

Their team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. Scheduling was easy, they communicated everything right away. We have white carpets, two kids under 4 and two big dogs and the carpets look brand new after they finished!! I will use them again and again!

My carpets look like new again! The guys who came to clean my carpet took great care of my carpet, AND my home. The have "corner guards" that they installed to protect the walls and drywall corners. It sounds like a small thing, but I have seen disasters when corner guards were not used. I so appreciate the care they gave my home and carpet. These guys are first class and offer careful attention to make things look great.

Fantastic experience! The people were all very nice and helpful, the service was quick and they did an amazing job. My carpets look great and they cleaned out all for my air ducts as well as the dryer vent. I couldn’t recommend them more.
