Brad and his team cleaned both my mom's and my carpet. What a wonderful job they do. Very professional and they take their time to do it right. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Angela from scheduling called me after hours and worked with our schedules to get it done before the winter. The entire team is amazing I wish I could give them 10 stars they deserve it. I have been using Ben and Brad for over 15 years. They have always done an excellent job on our carpets. Just recently they cleaned our steps and they look brand new. It's easy to schedule with their company, and I have always found them to be conscientious and professional. They strive for full customer satisfaction each and every visit. Brad with Creative Carpet Care and Restoration is great to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and very punctual. Brad came to my office and picked up my area rugs for cleaning, helped me roll them up, returned them on time and helped me get them all set back up! I would highly recommend Brad and his team!!

We recently decided to have our air ducts cleaned throughout the house and received a reference for Creative Carpet Care. We contacted them and did an on the phone walkthrough of our house and received a quote that same day. After some back and forth on scheduling we were able to settle on a date that worked. The team that came out were absolutely phenomenal! They were clean, extremely cautious of our furniture, personable and incredibly skilled ... we had never seen that kind of work done before and it is amazing how its done! Great small business and we highly recommend them for cleaning your air ducts.

Brad and his team are amazing! The free quote was very informative, easy to schedule and then the carpet cleaning knocked it out of the park! We had our carpet cleaned twice before and this was the first time that there were no lingering smells afterwards!

Creative Carpet was awesome from start to end! We are so happy with the results. We were going to have our white carpets replaced because they were so stained by dogs and teenagers. We thought we would try cleaning first with the thought we would still end up replacing. Peter and Brad did such an amazing job!! The carpet looks new again. We are so pleasantly surprised!! We will not be replacing them they look so good. We will use them again no doubt. Angela who worked with us was very nice and the customer service from her was awesome. Just a great experience all around. Everyone we interacted with was really nice and professional. So glad we chose them!

Creative Carpet care did such a great job with the carpet cleaning in our home. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care they took by putting corner protectors on my walls and they gave us booties in case we needed to walk on the carpet after cleaning. We had a lot of pet stains and they got it all. Very happy and will recommend them highly.

We used Creative Carpet Care & Restoration to do our air duct and register cleaning and they did an excellent job! Brad and staff carefully and methodically opened each of our 19 ducts and registers and cleaned each thoroughly. We were very pleased with the time they took and the care and attention they gave to each of the ducts and registers. In addition, they also cleaned a large wool area rug for us at their facility and it came back beautifully cleaned and in excellent condition just in time before our guests’ arrival a few days later. We were very pleased with their work and absolutely recommend them!

The quality of work and attention to detail is absolutely outstanding- we are so impressed and cannot stop talking about how thorough they are. Cleaned couches, rugs and stairs and they are looking brand new. Don’t buy new furniture- just hire these guys!! 😅
