When our geriatric dog had an accident on our expensive couch, we thought the couch was ruined forever. I called several professional carpet/upholstery cleaners who told us they could not help us. One of them actually recommended Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs to me. I called them and they made several recommendations for cleaning our couch. They came out to our house much sooner than I expected they would be available to (which was a very good thing) and cleaned and treated our couch for pet urine. The couch is 100% odor free. There is no trace of the accident and I am beyond thrilled with the service Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs performed for us. Highly recommend!

The best thing I can say about Chem-Dry is that I keep having them come back over the years for my carpet cleaning needs. They are easy to schedule, flexible in getting the exact areas I want done, and their process really cleans the carpets.

Absolutely delighted with the results of Kevin's work, and was able to get him same day. This is the Chem Dry franchise I'll use from now on. The machine Chem Dry uses is miles ahead of the other services, dries quickly and leaves no soapy residue. Our dirty matted carpet really looks both clean and rejuvenated. Chem Dry may charge a bit more but you get what you pay for and we will gladly pay the extra now that we've found this dealer.

With all of the work that we have been doing to get our house ready to put on the market, this by far was the best experience we have had. This 11 year old carpet has been given new life and it looks absolutely amazing. We not only received exceptional service but were educated beyond measure about how to better care for our carpet in future and why it is important to do so. A company that can respond iin one day os unmatched and that is just what they did yesterday and again leave me on amazement on how clean my caprets are cleaned, plus the smell is amazing! This was my second time using them, and I am a forever customer! My dog was sprayed by a skunk, and after rubbing himself all over my couch, I thought I needed to buy a new one. But Chem-Dry came out, used their magical PURT, and my couch is as good as new! Great prices, awesome customer service, and wonderful job! HIGHLY recommend!

Kevin was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took time to explain our plan of action on what he was going to bring and what he to maintain my carpet. He was able answer any question that I had. The day prior to the carpet cleaning he contacted me to give me a reminder and to also ensure the type of care that I needed for my carpet. He was very friendly and respectful to my house. He did not leave a mess inside of my house or on the outside. He also take his time to make sure that I got the best quality care for the cleaning of my carpet. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. And I do plan to use their services again.

First time using chem dry....we are very impressed! They got the stains out of the carpet which made my wife very happy. The carpet looks new and feels fresh and clean. They were very professional and courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. Very thorough on the process and options and explained exactly what they did and why. I would highly recommend them. Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs is a family owned business, that does the work themselves. The owner and his son came to do the work and did a fantastic job. Professional, clean, respectful, and spent a lot of time with myself, and later my wife (which was key!) explaining in detail their pricing and services provided. This upfront time spent with us delayed their other appointments they had that day, but they didn't blink and treated us like we were their only customers. I have 7 year old carpets and after they were done, it felt like new again. Definitely recommend!

I can’t thank Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs Enough! We walked into our newly purchased home just before 3pm to the overwhelming smell of urine that was not present on walkthrough. Our possessions are scheduled to be delivered at 7:30 am tomorrow. I called Chem Dry based on a recommendation from our realtor and they quickly came to the property to ensure the entire home was cleaned prior to the delivery of our furniture. Urine spots were repeatedly treated and the smell is gone along with the stains. The carpet looked clean but after seeing what was actually extracted during the cleaning process I’m glad the carpets were fully cleaned by chem dry instead of just spot cleaned (looks can be deceiving). They spent over 3 hours at our home and the results are outstanding. Thank you for coming to our rescue!
