I worked closely with Jason from Restoration King and he was able to provide fast and friendly service. The initial inspection was quickly done and it was a mix of efficiency and some enlightening education. I found Jason to be extremely honest and upfront with all costs and recommendations. We eventually went with their mold remediation services as well as repairs to our exterior deck and various other minor items. Everything was completed on time (within one week) and a substantially lower cost than other companies. Very happy to work with Jason and to have found a reliable company.

Jason and his team did absolutely a wonderful job restoring the minor water damage in my house caused by a leaking toilet. The results of the repair exceeded my standard. My tenant told me that they couldn't even tell any repairs have even been made to the dry wall. He always responded to my calls in a timely manner and kept me in the loop with every step of the repair process. This was my 1st time ever using Jason's services, but the 1st impression was 5 star. For any of my fellow active duty landlords out in Colorado Springs, I highly recommend him to take care of your restoration needs when you were are out of town.

I recently hired Restoration King to do some work for some clients of mine. Jason was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond. I met his crew while on the job and they too were very professional, what I wish all trades were like. The work they did was fantastic! After they restored everything, you would never know there was ever an issue with water damage or mold. Not to mention, when comparing pricing, Restoration King offered the most and at the best price. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to use them for future work.

A pipe burst upstairs while nobody was around and flooded all the way to the basement. Shane and his team put in many long days, but by the end, everything looked better than it had before the flood! The sheetrock all looked great with no visible seams or tape and a texture that matched. They matched the existing paints and allowed a change order for the walls I wanted in different colors, and worked closely with me on parts of the house I wanted to update during the process (replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.). They refinished the hardwood floors, and when there was a mishap a few months later with some areas not acclimating properly, Shane was quick and responsive to come out and fix it. Very happy to have worked with Restoration King.

Cover your Stuff or they will just Paint right over everything. They took very limited care to cover the few things that were left in the rooms they worked on, including a brand new Washer and Dryer. They didn't even bother to move them slightly to paint behind, and rather just sprayed up to it, not bothering to cover it.

I was told they would cover everything that was left, but they took little care to take care of that. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience.

You do not have to experience a disaster to call Restoration King. I hired them to paint my master bathroom and guest bathroom. It is not easy to find qualified craftsmen for small jobs in the home, but Restoration King does drywall, painting, and carpentry. Adrian meticulously measured both bathrooms and gave me a very fair quote. I did not have to wait a long time for them to start the job. Both painters, Dave and Matthew, were punctual and professional. They did an excellent job painting and cleaned the bathrooms so well when they were done, I did not have to do anything other than hang the towels back up. I plan on using them again soon to paint and to repair some damaged baseboard. I highly recommend Restoration King.

Called out due to home buyers wanted a section of wall removed from a previous water leak. Received a very fair price beating another company by over $300. Approved & scheduled the following day. Loved dealing with Adrian & Robert. Robert was the tech who came out and removed the sections of wall and cleaned up sooo nicely! Was very respectful too! Definitely recommend!!! Thank you!!

Adrian and Restoration King came over immediately when I started having water damage in my basement. He offered some possible solutions and also kindly left some equipment pending by making a decision about the whole job. He and his team were very professional and very timely and took care of the problem before it became a big problem. I highly recommend Adrian and his crew!

Jake Conwell and his team were AMAZING to work with! They were very friendly and worked diligently but quickly. We came to restoration king with water damage to our wood floors. Jake was a huge help on the insurance end of things and was very transparent about the cost upfront. I was really impressed with the attention to detail on our floor repairs. They even did a quick mop clean up on the way out. I can go on and on about how well the team did but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! I cannot recommend them enough.
