I can't say enough great things about Ryan and the entire staff at Environment Control. My basement sump pump couldn't keep up with the rain water with the recent storms we've had in Colorado Springs. The carpet and padding in my basement were satiated. Ryan arrived on time and got started with water mitigation immediately. I recommend you call Environment Control if you experience any issues with any form of restoration you may need. They also have a great janitorial service that we've used at my place of business and for our commercial retail properties.

I had a small room with mold due to a leaking roof. After the roof was fixed, I had Environment Control do mold mitigation. They were very responsive, personable, and got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

Warning!!! If you have children, avoid them at all costs. Environmental Control came to my house in 2022 and charged me almost $4000 to remediate my mold. The mold then returned in 2023 again in the same spots and forced my daughter onto androgen shots. We had 3 different mold companies come out and tell us that if they did it properly, the mold wouldn't have returned in those areas. Of course Environment Control disagrees with the other 3 companies that have been in business a lot longer than these places. All we know is well established companies are saying that it should not have returned if the attic was encapsulated properly.

I want a refund from your company to pay to get the mold done right this time. I will consider deleting my review if that happens. Until then people should call Remediation Kind, Reliable Roofing and Restoration, or Petrali Mold Remediation. All three were extremely kind and very helpful. I hope this costs them at least $4000 in customers so they learn they can't just take advantage of people like this.

Also I find it exceptionally odd that people who have never left reviews are leaving their first and only review for a remediation company. Just my opinion.

I had a mold issue in my crawlspace. Found EC on Angie's List. The guys (Bradley, Tanner, Ryan) at Enviroment Control are the best. Super helpful, professional and worked with my budget. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. Also took time to explain what they were doing and why, every step of the way. Quality work, and I'm super grateful for their professionalism!

Sam has been a tremendous help for our Apartment complex with pressure washing and helping however he can, makes the process a breeze and communicates great. Recommend!

Brad and his team were friendly and easy to do business with. After the initial inspection, Brad explained all opinions available to us and how long the process would take. The quote was reasonable and I was put on their schedule immediately.

I manage a community when Sam and Ben came in the first time were both very friendly and provided alot of information. I selected them to clean the exterior windows to our large community Sam did a great job following up with management from the very beginning to the end. The residents of the community complimented on the great job the widow cleaners did. We will definitely be calling Sam at Environment Control for all future projects.

For me things like water or potential mold in a house is always a scary thought. Also given those unknowns and not knowing how to handle it finding this company was amazing. They came out and did a free inspection and were super thorough and then completely honest and forthcoming about everything. Turns out there was nothing so that piece of mind was already wonderful but to me knowing that most any homeowner in that situation could be easily taken advantage of sold things they didn’t need was what really impressed me. They went out of their way to explain everything and walked through all their processes and how it all works.
