Thank you Conner and zane for doing great and they showed up on time and therefore some of the most reasonable chimney sweeps. I haven’t had my chimney sweats in about two years and I was cautious about moving away from woodland Park, where there’s always somebody coming back down to Colorado Springs. It was a little stressful, but I found spring curb appeal and they came right out. Gave me a free estimate and got to work couple days after that, I will recommend to have them come check out a few other friends and families homes this summer to get ready for our next cold winter.

I will start off by saying DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could give half star or no stars I would. I recently scheduled a chimney cleaning by looking this company up on Google and they seemed nice and professional at first. After having some of their technicians come out to my home the guy had mentioned that we need masonry repair at the crown and lintel joint repaired per their inspection. He had also mentioned that the lintel joint needed IMMEDIATE attention and not to burn that it was a potential fire danger that the entire house could go up in flames (scare tactic). After having a second opinion with another company coming out and inspecting our chimney they found that springs curb appeal did not sweep the chimney AT ALL ( what we had originally paid for) and upon calling back to get a refund owner/ whoever I talked to had mention the guy that came to our house just came out of training did not have the chimney sweep with him that day and has already quit no longer with the company. So if I had not had a second opinion I would have not known this information and pretty much paid for nothing (minor cleaning vacuuming out fire box) after trying for two weeks to get a refund processed when I was promised one by the owner I keep getting the runaround and was promised that someone would come out and fix the lintel joint for free. They scheduled for someone to come out and no one ever showed. Called back to check on status guy mentioned they were running behind and scheduled for the next day and still nothing. Once again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Completely unprofessional and borderline scammy. If you need any chimney services go with TOP CAT CHIMNEY SERVICES

My fiancé and I bought a home last year and needed a chimney inspection and sweep. We have a wood burning insert fireplace, which I have never used before. Springs Curb Appeal was very professional, did an amazing job (quickly, too), and they were very informative! They showed me how to use the insert properly and provided pictures and detailed information on the condition of the chimney. 10/10 would recommend!

I believe this is the business that came out and helped me clean out my dryer vent. I am very happy with the services rendered. I recently rented a house and the previous tenant was pretty filthy; I've been working on cleaning up/deep cleaning things since moving in. I noticed the dryer trap had layers upon layers of lint caked up in it. I tried to clean it out but knew if what I could visibly see was that bad, there was probably more going on. I called around for quotes and went with Springs Curb Appeal. Their prices were pretty comparable to their competitors, but they were kind, polite, explained everything and didn't try to force me to book with them immediately. I was so thankful they were able to fit me in so quickly as they were out here the following business day. It took them, no joke, about 10 minutes to clean everything out and put things back in place. They called to inform when they were on the way also. I felt like they respected my time, my home and patronage so I highly recommend them. Excellent work, friendly folks. Good price. Really can't beat what they're offering. ~$80 & now I can feel assured my home won't catch fire from lent. Worth every penny.

I had my dad’s house chimney cleaned and these guys were nothing but professional. I’m always weary about having folks help my dad but he said how friendly and funny they were. Could not recommend more!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had a regular chimney cleaning scheduled. They found a few issues that needed addressed and they knew i was selling my home and the house inspection was in a few days. Shawn was literally at my house all day to fix everything. I cannot say how grateful i am. He definitely went above and beyond. And he did a wonderful job patching everything up. Highly recommend!!

They came to clean my chimney and discovered I had class 3 creosote. I had to get a new stove. They were very friendly and professional. They took great care with my safety. They had some problems and handled them very professionally. Thank you Zane and Connor.

The best thing that has happened to my 108-year-old home, in Pueblo Colorado, is the fireplace remodel that was contracted to Springs Curb Appeal. Zane and Shawn Atkins were very professional in their approach and design and the fireplace went from dull and drab to beautiful.

The remodel was to be completed within 3-5 weeks, however, Western Fireplace Supply (1685 Paonia St, Colorado Springs/Sales Rep Tamara) the authorized distributors of the Heat and Glo Electric Fireplace I selected was less than professional in their communications with Springs Curb Appeal, and when the fireplace was finally delivered (on two different days) a major component was missing. Once Western Fireplace Supply was notified of the missing component, they became defensive and Springs Curb Appeal had to prove to them that there was a missing component.
While it took a considerable amount of time from start to finish (8 weeks total), Springs Curb Appeal was able to convince Western Fireplace Supply that the component was missing, but Western Fireplace Supply thought it was reasonable for me (the customer) to wait for a totally new fireplace front to be manufactured and shipped with an ETA of November 29, 2024. Thankfully Zane with Springs Curb Appeal was tenacious enough to acquire the missing component from a merchant in Vail Colorado.

I would highly recommend Springs Curb Appeal for any fireplace remodel you may be considering. Shawn’s fireplace design, workmanship and implementation was impeccable.

Highly recommend!! I called last minute and they had someone out to my property that very day. They completed my chimney clean in a rental that hadn't had attention in over 25 years. The young man Zane was very informative and professional. I will be using them for all of my chimney needs in my rentals moving forward.

Zane was very professional and responsive with a complex job. He identified dangerous issues with my insert stove installed back in the 1980s and adjusted the job at a fair price without charging additional fees for repeat visits. I highly recommend this company's services.

Connor and Zane did a great job getting my gutters spotless. They used a snake on downspouts, installed debris guards, and even got my windows and sidewalks cleaned afterwards before finishing with a soft wash on the house. 10/10 on service, quality, friendliness, and punctuality.

Springs curb appeal is absolutely fantastic. Zane and Connor were both very polite and they were thorough in everything that they did for us. They took their time and not only did they replace our old fireplace with a much more efficient one, they also stuck around to make sure we knew exactly how to get it started and explain all the things to expect. Especially what to expect when we light the first couple of fires because of all of the paint and everything curing inside the firebox. Not only is it a safer fireplace, but it is also a beautiful one. Which we enjoy almost every day now. I absolutely suggest giving these guys a call because they know what they’re doing.

Before closing escrow, our inspection report talked about the chimney issues and recommended future remediations. Deteriorating crown, broken flue tile, old flashing, replacement dampers needed…. We had 2 companies come out recently and they each gave us a report that didn’t match our original inspection report 🤔. Springs Curb Appeal came out and wow, the team were spot on. They gave us several solutions to choose from…not just one or two. They replaced the old style dampers with top mount stainless dampers, a new crown poured on top of the chimney. The crown now has a 1.5" overhang drip edge. Springs Curb Appeal puts the client’s best interest first. This is one honest and hard working crew that we’ve had the pleasure to know. The team’s integrity shows in their craftsmanship and skill set. I will definitely be connecting them with my realtor as well as all of my clients. Thank you for all your hard work 😇
