A Carpet Doctor came out a couple weeks ago. Ray stretched a few places in my house and did a fantastic job. Dale (hope that's right) came out the next day to clean my whole house. He was so thorough and made my carpet look amazing! There were stains in my sons room from the pads on an old keyboard he put on the floor and I was never able to get them out. Dale got them all out! I didn't think it was possible. I appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. Don't go with a big chain - go with these guys. You'll be happy you did.

I needed help fixing carpet that my dogs had dug into. Not only was I happy about how fast the appointment was set up but also with the services I recieved! The guy Randy came in to fix it and he did a marvelous job!!!! It looks as good as new! It was affordable and fast! Thanks again for your help! I appreciate you more than you know! 😊

We were very happy with how Rich was able to get all the stains out of our carpet! Our carpet is approximately 20 years old and now looks almost like new. Carpet Doctor is using new and improved stain removal products, and in my opinion, they work!

This company did such a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I have hired some of those big named commercial companies who have done mediocre jobs and charged a fortune. Our technician, Roger, was professional from start to finish and he did an excellent job! The pet stains disappeared, and our carpet dried overnight. We had Randy Lekarczyk stretch carpet in one of our rooms that has low pile berber carpet and we also have stained trim. We were nervous about stretching it and any potential issues with the stained trim. Randy took a look, discussed everything with us, had a plan before he started and guess what, not a single issue. Couldn't be happier. Plus, he is nice, professional, punctual and simply put, awesome. We'll be having him out for the next project. Definitely give him a call and have him out.

Very happy with my experience! We had patch work done in a few areas ruined by my dogs, carpet was stretched in a few spots, multiple stains removed, and even a wax spot that had been there for YEARS came out! All of this done in one day and the job was done hours before they estimated it to be done. I’m very impressed with the work and professionalism of this company. You won’t be disappointed!

Randy and Mike did an amazing job on my carpet repair. My 5-month old puppy was left alone for 5 minutes and he dug a hole in the carpet - in a very prominent location. My husband and I googled how to fix it and we attempted a repair on our own. My dog didn't like our job and he ended up further destroying the carpet in the same spot. We left it for a few months until we couldn't take it anymore and we called the Carpet Doctor. Randy took my call and he had avail abilities. He showed up and within an hour he had competed the job. Besides the brand new carpet piece not matching the old worn carpet (which was not their fault) - the carpet looked great! I will def use them again for all our carpet needs.

I needed some carpet repaired from a previous job that was left unfinished,
Randy came out that same day to give me a quote, which was very reasonable.
A couple days later he showed up to do the work and it turned out beautifully.
He was very easy to work with, efficient and showed up on time.
I forgot to tell him about a different area I also needed repaired, but when I got home I saw that he fixed it complimentary!!

I just had my carpet stretched and cleaned by Randy and his assistant. The carpet looks like it just got installed brand new..........Randy did a fantastic job!! The carpet is a high grade carpet but it is 18 years old. I was shocked at how good the carpet looks now. I wasn't expecting this level of excellence but Randy did it! I would highly recommend A Carpet Doctor and working with Randy was very enjoyable.

Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this company. Firstly, I had to reschedule my appointment twice with them as I am a nursing student and my schedule can change quite frequently. Each time I called they were very cordial on the phone and happy to schedule me for a different date. (I did make sure to call a couple of days in advance in each instance that I needed to reschedule!)
Roger was the gentleman that came to clean our house, and he was so kind, efficient, and straight-forward. Not to mention, he was especially loving to our big doggy who kept following him around while he was measuring rooms; she was probably totally in his way, but he would just pet her on the head and keep doing his thing. :) Our carpets are so clean and fresh, and so is our newly-cleaned sectional!
...Plus, they "A Carpet Doctor" is local...does it get any better?

Randy, the Carpet Doctor, did an excellent job of stretching the carpet to remove the ripples. With his helper, Rich, they moved heavier furniture, vacuumed and cleaned up. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend them!

I wish I'd taken before and after pics of my wrinkled carpet. My carpet is about 12 years old, and over the years, it had developed terrible wrinkles and required re-stretching. I'd put if off for years because I didn't know who to call, etc. Anyway, after reading all the AWESOME Google reviews, I contacted A Carpet Doctor and i am so glad I did!!!!

Randy came over and gave me a quote for doing re-stretch and carpet cleaning. We scheduled time, and seriously, he did an AMAZING job of re-stretching and making the carpet lie flat just like when it was first put in. Then, he cleaned and did a great job with that too.

Randy with A Carpet Doctor did an awesome job repairing our carpet. The previous owners of our house had cats who tore up various areas of the carpet. I contacted Randy one day and explained the situation, he knew exactly what I was wanting. He gave me a quote and came over the the next day. You would never know it had damaged.
