Worst company ever, do not use then for anything. They left my house unfinished and the manager told me "what do you want me to do about it" they have ignored all inquiries about my house since.

Absolutly terrible service!!! Didnt clean much at all! Had to come back to clean and still did a terrible job.... put a hole in my cieling without even letting me know, (STILL waitint on getting that fixed.... 3 or 4 months later....) left my back door open when they left, then argued with me about it saying they closed it..... left windows and blinds open.... never ever again.... USE ANYONE ELSE BESIDE THESE GUYS!

Will be posting link with video... the employees of this business apparently dont care about safety. As of 5 minutes prior to the writing of this one of your trucks ran a light at woodmen and austin bluffs. If this is the kind of people they hire then one can easily draw a parallel to the type of work they are going to do.

Attempted to call to schedule house cleaning after a tenant moved out of one our rental properties. They were very unprofessional and acted like they didn't offer half the services listed on their website. Then the rep hung up on me in the middle of the call!

These guys take FOREVER! The quality is defiantly there but to get them to actuality work is impossible. I get it they want to drag it out as long as possible to suck whatever they can from the insurance companies but that’s why our premiums are so high. It took servpro 4 weeks to do a tear out from a flood. It took another company less than a week to put it all back together. Here is an actual schedule from one day... crew of 11 workers and 4 trucks come in between 8:30-9:00 all 11 talked/sat/laid around (literaly laying on the ground) until we finally got fed up around 11 and called the jobsite manager (who wasn’t onsite) and finally at around 11:30 they got to work, at 12 they took a 2 hour lunch. After lunch they mostly sat/laid around while 4 of the 11 worked. Finally at 5 they packed up their trucks and left. They are the laziest bunch of workers I have ever seen and if it were my company I would fire every one of them!

I am a real estate agent in Colorado Springs. Recently one of the homes I listed had mold in the basement. I spoke with Chris Rizzuto from SERVEPRO of South Colorado Springs about getting an estimate for the work. SERVEPRO took care of everything. They removed the drywall, baseboards, and flooring that needed to be replaced and then installed the new material to make it move-in ready. The communication I received during every step, from the estimate to the repair, was outstanding. I appreciate the quick repair, attention to detail, and the ability to close on the real estate transaction on time. I will use SERVEPRO in the future and also recommend them to my colleagues.

Never received my quote for water damage. Which I needed in case I had to go to court with a plumbing company... luckily the issue was otherwise resolved. Pretty upset that such a well known company would be so negligent of their customers though.. would not reccomend for quotes/estimates.

SUPER PROFESSIONAL!!! These guys are the best! I chose Servpro after interviewing four companies. Luke really impressed me with his knowledge and profeesionalism, at our first meeting. At every step of the process, I continued to be impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I had a nightmare with the restoration company that was hired by the landlord of my commercial building. This only reinforced my understanding of the fantastic service provided to us, from Servpro. I would definitely recommend Servpro, to anyone!!!

I had some water damage due to a leak in my kitchen sink. ServPro replaced my kitchen floor and cabinets around the sink. They were very professional and responsive when I had questions. Very satisfied with the final results.

Absolutely the worst company! I would even say they go above and beyond to ruin your already awful experience. Not only do their workers damage personal property, break furniture and point out how they feel your furniture is not in good condition, they steal from you while they pack!! I had more then $7,000 in jewelry stolen and the management team offered $250! What a joke. Don’t use them!!!

ServPro has proved to be an excellent company to us and their work from start to finish has been exemplary. However, the biggest compliment we have is for Laura Nitchey, and Miguel Hernandez who treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. They took the time to explain everything to us and answer questions and never made us feel like we were stupid or a nuisance. They are quality people and excellent at what they do. They are the ones that give ServPro an excellent name and their standards show in the people that work under/with them.

We will highly recommend ServPro to friends and will call on ServPro if we have the need in the future.

Tom Hilfers and his company, ServPro, has provided outstanding service to me, my friends, and business associates in this last month.

I live in the Black Forest, and was evacuated for the recent fires there for two weeks. My home was within the main burn zone, very near the start of the fire. The fire passed through my property three times back and forth, and burned the back third of the land, though fortunately did not burn the structure. Many of my neighbors were in similar circumstances.

My first friend was permitted back to her property after a week, on a Sunday, which was Father’s Day. She had just had a baby and was concerned if there would be smoke damage, and if it was OK for her baby to begin living so close to fire damage. I called Tom early that morning, expecting to get his voice mail. He picked up right away, and within an hour someone from his company had arrived, was escorted through the evacuation blockades, and was testing the property.

My personal experience was the same – the minute I learned I could come back to my home, Tom and his company were there within an hour to assess the damage. He also willingly met with another business owner and neighbors nearby. All of these visits were free of charge, and it was clear that their primary focus was our wellbeing, not financial gain. Tom and his company associates were humble, compassionate, and at the same time clearly educated and able to inform us about what was needed, and what was not needed.

Tom was the liaison between the homeowner’s insurance and me, and did all of the background work for my home to get the needed cleaning, with very little effort on my part. His workers showed up on time, were friendly and accommodating, and did their work quickly.

I would recommend Tom Hilfers and ServPro to anyone needing his services, I respect both his skill and integrity, and I am greatly appreciative.

A vandal threw a large rock through the window of our rental property, leaving the property open, glass strewn all over the house, and terrified tenants. In this time when every contractor is booked for months, and every sheet of plywood is back ordered for weeks, this team responded immediately, showed up on time, cleaned up and secured the property. They were a bright spot in a panicked stressful day. We are very grateful.

My basement flooded out due to a toilet connection leak, I called my Insurance Co. and they recommended SERVPRO in Colorado Springs. It was a Sunday afternoon. Kavek Morrow called me
and came out within 30 minutes to check the damage. We then scheduled a cleanup time and he brought his crew James and C.J.. They immediately began the process of removing the damaged carpet and setup the dehumidifiers in place. They were in and out in a relatively short time, The job
done very professionally. They were very professional and provided the service anyone would expect.
But few probably receive. Most SERVPRO'S are franchised and you never know what you will get. Well I had a great experience and would recommend this Crew any day..

Never have I been disappointed nor let down when using Servpro. They are professional easy to work with and always try to get you the best deal possible while still maintaining quality workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, we had a sewage drain line separate in our crawl space. It was an awful, stinking mess. Erik and Chris responded. I really appreciated their assistance. They did a great job and both had excellent attitudes. They were very willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job accomplished and to have a satisfied customer. Thanks, gentlemen for a job well done.

We had a flooded basement and contacted ServePro. Roy was our project manager. He and the team worked very hard to mitigate our situation. They were professional, hardworking and provided excellent communication about when they would be on the job each day and answered our questions about the process and next steps and they worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I would highly recommend ServePro!

Disappointed and Very unprofessional. They started mitigation in my house on August 2023, when the reconstruction needs to take place, it took them forever to get me on their list. They sent me the contract to pay the downpayment which I did same day $745. December 2023 It's like they're not going to fix anything yet. I asked to get a refund because I am not happy with how long I needed to wait. They said 2 weeks I will be getting my money in the mail. It's January 2024 and almost February and yet we still haven't got our money back. Everytime we try to call only the front desk or whoever is answering us and no one can say or give us an update about OUR OWN MONEY that we paid them.

I just wanna say I am incredibly happy with our service! We had a pipe bust in our crawlspace and had a different company come out who quoted us $3200 and I didn’t feel in my gut that this was right and had a hunch i may have been taken advantage of because of my mental state at the time due to stress. So I called Servpro and saved myself more than 50% and the job was well done! Normally I would say cheaper is not always better, but that is absolutely not the case with my situation. My crawlspace is completely dry now and Jake took the time to educate us on each step and what it’s important for. What I valued most was his up front honesty about everything, Jake even helped me find my cat that had ran away during the chaos in my house! Overall this company values your time and pockets, while also valuing themselves. They arent afraid to get their hands dirty.
