It is important to have your dryer vent cleaned to keep your dryer working properly and to prevent a fire. Eyal and Kelsey did a great job at a reasonable cost. They made a quick appointment; were on time; were very knowledgeable and professional; cleaned up their mess and wore masks when in the house. We will definitely be using them again.

I scheduled some vent cleaning on our second floor dryer vent and was pleasantly surprised to find our dryer had disconnected from the wall vent from it having been improperly installed.

Eyal not only cleaned all of the excess dryer lint that had made it's way all over the back of our laundry area, he also remounted the dryer vent to the wall so it wouldn't break loose like it did down the road.

Exceptional service from Eyal, going above and beyond to make sure things were done right even though it really wasn't his job to do so.

I won't be going anywhere else for duct cleaning and won't hesitate to recommend Glacier Air Duct Cleaning to anyone that needs it.

ServPro is so great! After having a flood in our upstairs laundry room, they came in to assess damage and do water mitigation. Deven, AJ, and Eddie were all so helpful and answered all of my questions. They were so polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend working with them!

I had a mold issue at my rental property that when from the kitchen level to the base bedroom. It's been over 6 months and it's still not done. The tenants are no longer there now and the house is vacant.
They came and did the water mitigation and the home owners insurance company paid them for that. The mold mitigation, home owners insurance company and ServPro worked out an agreement on the amount. I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket for the remainder the agreement with the homeowners insurance company was not paying from what ServPro was charging. It was just what the insurance company was going to pay out the amount ServPro charged. Again, I had to pay the remainder out of my own pocket.
Now the second problem, the rebuild of the kitchen and that basement bedroom area; it was done by a ServPro - a contractor from ServPro. I paid ServPro the necessary amount to get started on the rebuild. This started in mid-December. The ServPro contractor really did not plan anything well. As part of doing the rebuilt work he informed me that the MIT team completely destroyed things like the sink, faucet, etc. So, I had to pay him out of my pocket to get the items. He showed me pictures of some of the stuff he was doing and it looked reasonably well from those pictures. What I was told was going to be just a few days ended up taking over a month. He painstakingly finished. The homeowner insurance company has been waiting on a completion so that can release the RCV for the work. I went to physically look at what the ServPro contactor had done. When I looked it was absolutely horrible work it was not reasonable; I was horrified. Under the sink he didn't even do PVC lines for the sink to the garbage disposal or drain and all. He did a flex line. I had tenants there so I had to have immediate action done and I *did* not want that ServPro contractor there again. The poject manager agreed. So, I had Leo's plumbing and drain go out there to change it to the PVC line and everything. The project manager said that they would pay the Leo's cost so I provided them the invoice. I contacted the project manager through txt and phone calls. I asked if he ever did a quality control check of what was done because as a project manager a quality control is one of his responsibilities and I needed it fixed and fixed right. I was *very* displeased with ServPro. He said he was going to contact the tenant to reschedule that walk through. He txted me and told me he left a message with the tenant. I repeatedly asked via txt if he got it scheduled. I was ghosted. I got no response. Then I later get a call from Debbie. Debbie informed me that the project manager is no longer with ServPro and that she was going to get it finished. The tenants are no longer there. Their lease is up so the property was vacant. Now, I informed Debbie of that and we agreed to met there so she can go do the inspection and have another contractor assigned to fix. The morning of the day I was to meet her, she texted and told me she can't make it and give me a time range for the next day when we can meet there. I picked a time from within that range and asked her to confirm that she got it, several times. I never heard anything back. I called and left a voicemail. Still no response. I basically got ghosted from her as well. The next day I sent an email to everybody I have been working with from ServPro.
This has been an absolute horrible situation. Very unprofessional.

Now, they are charing me almost 3.5 times more for installation of linoleum than what any other reputable location charges. Then to boot, the didn't do it right as it started bubbling at the same time when I having new carpet installed. The carpet person who also does linoleum (just did not install this one) looked at it and told me they didn't even glue it down all the way.

Called this place just trying to get information regarding cleaning. The lady who answered the phone was immediately rude to me. She was not helpful in any way what so ever. Just out right unprofessional and drove my business away within one minute of being on the call. Not sure how they have any business if that is how they treat potential clients.
