Good company. They are willing to drive far to meet our needs and did a good job with our hood.

I told them to clean the hoods they didn’t clean it very well it costed double the price that we paid for Express cleaning which had the same amount of time but did way better then them.I don’t actually think that they are professionals because they didn’t clean their mess before they left.I would give them 0 stars if I could.Wont choose them anymore going back to Express cleaning.

Can't give any stars. First time they had to come back 2 more times to finish a terrible job. This time worked half an hour, said they broke a hose and left. On the re-schedule it's a no-show, no-call! We are done.

Had the Department of Health come out 8 hours after this company's cleaning of our commercial hood and it failed..anything else to say in a review??? Beware. Don't normally post reviews...have the department emails of failure if u need.

Oh 5 star safety clean?.. All I have to say is there are a couple, or maybe it's just one that's incredibly rude enough to seem like two. incredibly unprofessional conduct. not one good thing to say.

Devon did a great job and was conscientious of time, but didn't sacrifice quality, grill hood like great! Will definitely use this company again.

Badly in need of new management. I’ve had them not show up for one reason or another (usually without a call) not once, not twice, but FIVE times total. They are also super nonchalant about it. The lady even told me after admitting her scheduling errors “good thing I’m the boss, I’ll write myself up”
I’ll pay more to have someone show up!

Manny was our service tech, he was beyond fantastic. On time, professional and extremely thorough. Will definitely ask for him next time.

We are own a restaurant in the town.
We had set up an appointment on Sunday 8AM.
We were at the restaurant on time they're no show no call and next day they called me and said" sorry and we fired the technician."
Wow, if I could give them 0 star, I would.
They don't care customers.
Every single time they tried to raise service charge and I am not happy with this company.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

Would give them 0 stars if I could for falsifying fees and carrying out business unethically. We got a free quote with this company to clean the hoods in our restaurant, and due to the quote being too expensive, we went somewhere else. They called us back with a lower quote, and we told them we’d call them back and let them know if that would work. They called us for a “reminder of our appointment”, which was never made, and when we told them it didn’t work, they demanded we pay $100 in cancellation fees. They’ve been harassing us and sending “bills” in the mail for a cancelation fee for an appointment that was never made! After many phone conversations with them, they refuse to drop it and keep demanding this fee. Luckily, we know our rights and won’t pay them a dime, however if they’re willing to scam people for money, it makes you wonder how desperate they are and what lengths they will go to. I would not recommend their business unless you want to be harassed and deal with these unethical practices.

I called and received a quote over the phone to clean a commercial restaurant hood. the price I received was for 475.00. however when I received the invoice it was 675.00. I was told that since it had not been done for a number of months there was an additional charge, they did tell me that the hood had not been cleaned for a while but I was never informed that I would be charged an additional amount, on top of that the job they did was not done well (see attached photo) Another company told me to stay away from them but this was my first time I ever required this service. Don't make the same mistake I did say away from this company.

Hired them to clean our hood at Roll Up Food Truck. Got us right on the schedule and the tech showed up right on time the following week. Got us cleaned spotless for the price I was quoted over the phone. Confident and direct sales people over the phone was great considering most other services we called almost acted like they didn’t want the job. Be specific about your needs and these guys will take great care of you.

Horrible company. Business ethics, honesty and practices are all in the toilet. After running restaurants for over 30 years - they take the cake! Rude employees and they never show up when they are suppose to be there. They even have a double payment from us that they wouldn't rectify - isn't that stealing? Not good business practices at all! Stay away from these guys - better companies out there by far!

Great people. Good prices. From my first phone call to the end of the cleaning of our hoodvent everyone was truly wondering. Very kind and knowledgeable people. We will continue to use them. We highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible company will never use their service again. They made a simple hood clean the most unnecessarily difficult thing. They have sent 2 techs completely unprepared with no proper equipment and barely enough cleaning materials. They ended up using my rags, gloves and degreaser. Still demanding to charge full price mind you. I as the owner had to guide both techs as to what I needed done and ended up washing my own vents for over 2 hours. I only did this so the “service”wouldn’t have had me waiting on someone struggling for 8 hours. I have had other companies do more work for less money in a more professional manner. Not to mention the office lady is rude and her way of making it right is just sending another unprepared tech again for full price. Terrible. We as restaurant owners need a service done with no hassle and this has only been an inconvenience and a waste of time. Two half done services later and my hood still isn’t up to 100%
