Jan-Pro has been handling all of our cleaning needs for the past several years. Bob Posch and his wife Mary Lou are extremely conscientious and are always willing to take on whatever task we ask of their staff. Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems have always provided excellent service and have been flexible in accommodating our unique building with both office and banquet spaces.

This company relentlessly call my office to give us a quote when I have told them over and over to take us off their call list. They are STILL calling at least once or twice a week, its ridiculous. This happen before about 6 months ago and I had to go directly to the company to get them to stop and now its started again! Because of this I will never use there services.

We are happy with our Jan-Pro contract. They are easy to communicate with and very flexible. We are pleased with the work and the opportunities for feedback and followup that Jan-Pro provides.

Excellent experience with these guys, particularly Jason M. Had a COVID outbreak at our business and Jason had a crew out in LESS THAN 24HRS to sanitize with their EnviroShield product and also put down their antimicrobial Endure treatment! This sort of responsiveness and action is key to a small business like ours which can't afford to stay closed for an extended period and we greatly appreciated it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been use JAN-PRO for over a year. Start with 2 of our City Buildings and now they are in 5 of our City Buildings. They provide excellent service and outstanding quality of work. Always have a cheerful and positive attitude while performing there duties . I high recommend JAN-PRO when it comes to cleaning services , they are a #1.

This company cleaned our office for a few months and there were issues every week. We used the book that was given to us to communicate with the crew but I don’t think it was ever looked at. We talked to the quality control person that came the day after they cleaned to ask how things were and let her know that things were being deleted off of our desk tops, our icons were being moved around, the paper towels were being stuffed to tightly and that the floors in the bathrooms were not being mopped. The last time they cleaned our office the crew broke one of our label makers and unplugged everything around one of the desks to include the computer. I know it wasn’t our office crew because I was the last one out that night and everything was up and running when I left. We did the e-mail reviews and explained all of this to them but nothing was done. The same stuff happened every week. I am sorry that the quality control people that came by were either not taken seriously with our complaints or they just didn’t report them to save the companies reputation. Fix things don’t just ignore them to make you look better. Oh yeah we called the office also every week and complained.

I was out to Colorado to get a property ready to show and get rented. The warehouse that needed cleaned badly, it hadn’t been occupied for several years. I called Bob over at Jan-Pro and he was very attentive and had a guy named Jason out the very next morning. They quoted me, and had the service done in record time. They did an excellent job and I will use them again next time I’m in town for this sort of thing and would recommend anyone using them.

We love the people that work for Jan-Pro. We are giving timely answers and support for any questions. We always know the prince for special projects before hand which helps in budgeting. We are excited to keep our relationship going in the future!

Jan-Pro has a staff of very skilled and professional individuals. They work thoroughly and meticulously. I appreciate the friendliness of our housekeeper, she is pleasant and on time and enjoys her work. We appreciate her and look forward to her coming to make us spotless and tidy again.

After over a year of telling them my business does not need their cleaning services they are still calling. Sometimes multiple times a week. A few times even multiple times in the same day. If I am ever in the market for a cleaning service it will absolutely NOT be them.

Raquel does a fabulous job and is very dependable.

This place will constantly spam your inbox with hundreds of inquiries offering cleaning services without consent to businesses that do not even have an office. I have asked countless times to be removed from whatever email list I have been added to, to no avail. 0/10 stars for harassing local business owners.
