My windows hadn’t been cleaned in several years. I also have windows 3 stories high. Ty did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. I will definitely ask for him next year. I was also pleased with the price compared with other companies.

Logan and AJ were consummate professionals. We have 90+ window's - 30 on 2/3 story hill side! These young men were fearless- ALL windows are IMMACULATE! No streaks! I’ve tried a couple of other companies but none compare to the quality, competitive prices and the time schedule they kept to! Amazing. I already booked my Spring appointment! I love Russell Williams, they always come out on time and perform quality work! They quickly and professionally cleaned the inside and outside of my residence in no more than 2 hours. Kyler and Trent did a Fabulous job cleaning my outside windows. I have 146 French panels & 64 assorted size panes; some being quite large. They are now totally streak free and sparkling. These guys are very respectful, polite, & hard working. I will definitely request them again! This is my second time using Russell Williams services.

I had Kyler come out to clean gutters on one building. He was so professional and patient with all my questions. Then I had Antonio and Luke out for a second building. They were also incredibly professional and patient with additional questions and concerns that I had. They answered all my questions before starting their work. On both visits, the work done was excellent and the pricing was honest and completely fair. This is a reputable company with reputable workers who care about the customer. Would recommend highly. We have also had them out to do clean our windows several times and they have done an incredible job every time! If you need windows or gutters - go with Russel Williams!

We had our windows cleaned today. Kyler was friendly and very knowledgeable about our windows and how to best care for them. Our previous window cleaners (me!) apparently didn’t know how to properly care for tempered glass or tinted windows. I learned a lot! They also added on a gutter cleaning request without hesitation. Very happy with the results! Will hire again!

The owner, Mark, was on time, polite, did the work quickly and quietly, and cleaned up his work area nicely. The value I received was easily worth the cost Would highly recommend Affordable to family, friends and neighbors.

Often times if you want something done right you do it yourself but I'm so glad I employed the service of Pyramid Cleaning and Maintenance Company to assist me. Their service is impeccable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Karrie set us up at our business for weekly cleanings. 1st off... she was timely and professional. She didn't just shuffle around and spit-ball a price. She measured every room and went over the details and expectations. She e-mailed a formal estimate. Then, we approved, and we got to meet the cleaning team. They were very nice. Now, the nitty gritty..... they did a great job, week after week. I think we're at 4 - 5 weeks now, and I have no complaints. They even have a communication binder so that they can let me know when they need certain supplies or they see an issue. And if I have a note for them, I can put that in there. Communication has been great!

Great reliable service, and very responsive when there are additional cleaning needs. Highly recommended!
